I recently worked with Akron Move It Now for my relocation, and while there were a few bumps initially, I have to give full credit to Nick and the management team for making everything right.
Nick personally reached out, listened to my concerns, and took quick action to ensure I felt heard and valued as a customer. That level of accountability and customer service is rare these days.
The crew worked hard and handled the move efficiently, and I appreciate the company standing behind their service. Because of how professionally Nick resolved things, I would absolutely use Akron Move It Now again and recommend them to others.

I scheduled an appointment and the first one I canceled. I called back and scheduled I told them I was moving out the 15th and they gave me a time frame of 11-1. I called them just now at 12:40 wondering where they were at because they’re suppose to call you 30 min when they’re on the way. Well come to find out they never even had me on the schedule for today! I am furious! The earlier appointment I had I canceled because I am being evicted and I didn’t realize I had so much time as I did. I didn’t even go to court because the landlord realized it would take just as long if I just be gone by 15th. Well now I have to tell her I can’t be out by today or not even until I find a better moving company & I am leaving the 18th-26! This is ridiculous and I am furious! I better not come home to my stuff on the curb because someone at this company didn’t do their job when scheduling my appointment for today the 15th!

These guys were great!! We hired Move It Now to move all of our large furniture when we bought a new home. They were very kind and professional, and they took great care of our furniture and house during the move. They set things back up exactly where we wanted and were quick to do so. I would absolutely recommend this team for your next move!

Incredibly happy with my experience with Move It Now. I only needed a few couches moved, so it was quick and easy. The guys were incredibly friendly and helpful. They worked quickly and took great care of my furniture. Very fair pricing as well. Highly recommend and will be using them again.

The crew at MOVE IT NOW was awesome. They arrived on time and started working immediately after the walkthrough. They took care of our furniture and items as if it was their own, I was amazed how professional, polite and effortless they moved our items. They were not only time saving on our hourly rate but also about 30% less on the quotes from two other companies in the area. I would highly recommend Move it now Akron for all your moving needs

Nick, Troy and Tristen are as Pro as you can go. They proved themselves the 1st half of the move so I requested all 3 to come back. I had MANY odd and/or very heavy items and handled everything very delicately. They also did a TON of boxing/packing my things. Worked very hard on a humid day (both) & never complained. Can’t say enough - Thank you guys!

Highly recommend using move it now. They moved our entire house in a day and were not only extremely efficient and careful throughout the move but also very nice to work with. If I move again anytime soon I will be using them again and requesting the same crew Seth, Jeremy, and Troy! Great guys.
