Came in with some questions that resulted in no revenue for the store. Randall did an excellent job!

Stopped in to get new window blades. Originally bought the incorrect one for my rear window. Return was easy and the clerk let me know that mine was difficult to replace. I told him I had been trying to find the correct fit for sometime and this was my 4th try. Recommended factory replacement and what was on mine was different. (We think the original owner swapped it out) He gladly helped get the new one on which proved to be trickier than a normal pop on j hook. I was in and out in 10 min!

Kevin, the " manager," apparently according to Conor G, has taught Conor and his other employees that they are not to help people find filters and such on shelves. I don't like "bad" reviews but these two were directly asked multiple times by me and another customer, and his friend for help...until I said I am reviewing and contacting corporate office then they decided to help me and still leave the other gentleman searching.Retail staff we ALL understand has struggled... but come on. 2 customers 3 employees... and can't help find filters and hose clamps for another guy. Sad!The local o'reilly's must have better leadership staff is overwhelming phenomenal... no longer shopping at this location.

It depends on who's helping you. I was trying to recharge my car's AC. I originally bought a can, but the tube wasn't long enough. So a younger man with a beard was more than happy to accept the return and allowed me to get one with a longer tube (this was the good guy). Well this new can was having issues. It was reading 47 pressure when it wasn't even connected to anything. I called them and they told me that the tube had pressure in it and how to fix it, that was nice of them. Well the issue kept coming up and my car's AC pressure wouldn't go up anymore no matter what I tried. I go to the same location and get an older guy. He was stating how this can was empty, and that I was using it wrong. When walking out to my car, he also said how I probably over filled it and had to much pressure in it. Well when we checked, it was still very low. I asked how this happens and he said how my car has an automatic sensor and wouldn't allow it to go over a this amount (which is contradicting what he just said about me overfilling it). Then one moment he said the compressor is working fine, it must be a leak. Then 2 mins later he says the compressor isn't moving at all and he's blaming that. Everything this guy said was a contradiction. So I took my "empty" can to the Autozone on Tallmadge and they were great. The shook the can, heard and felt that there was still lot in there, and we all agreed it wasn't empty at all. In fact they help me recharge my car.If you get the old guy on Graham road, go to any other location. Or ask for someone else entirely.

I really can't believe in this day and age I have to say anything. As a female CUSTOMER, I walked into AutoZone already prepared, knowing exactly what I need so I'm not talked down too. Yet it happens anyways. I walked in, picked up what I needed and headed straight for the counter. There I was questioned, "this is the right one? And you're sure? Ok, I trust you." Followed by "do you need any help putting it in?" To which I replied "no", which was STILL followed by "ok but if you need any help just come back in." I am still blown away that AutoZone employees treat their female customers with such blatant disrespect, and I hope the next female who goes in will have a better experience than I did, because I will not be going back.
