I recently purchased a Subaru from Cascade and worked with Ben. It was a seamless experience. Throughout the process, everything was clearly explained. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or being pushed to make a decision I wasn’t prepared to make. Ben has also done a good job of following up. I would recommend Cascade Auto Group to anyone.

We had a great experience today buying a Subaru. Our salesperson Ben was knowledgeable and helpful. They were not high-pressure and we got a great price on the vehicle. The whole experience took less than three hours including the test drive. We would highly recommend Cascade Auto Group and Ben in particular.

I just recently purchased a pre-owned Mazda from Cascade Auto Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the experience i had. My salesman Brendan was nothing less than amazing. He assisted me through the whole process with courtesy and professionalism and did so in a hastily manner. He answered any and all questions i had. The whole process was painless and easy thanks to him. I've dealt with many car salesmen in the past and Brendan was without a doubt the best one. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I purchased a car from this dealer and have regret that decision for a long time now. Upon further inspection of my 2017 that had 28k miles on it when purchased along “clean” carfax, I am convinced the car was wrecked. The trunk leaks, there are micro fractures in the paint on the back bumper and an off balance steering wheel. I was young and dumb when I purchased this car but I can assure you I won’t be making this mistake again. Just beware when purchasing a used car from this dealer as it isn’t what it seems.

I love Cascade Auto Group!!!! Best service ever!! We bought a car for our teen daughter and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Matt was the best sales man I’ve ever had! So happy, friendly and not pushy! Richard and the whole Cascade family were welcoming! So happy we chose this place. We will definitely be a repeat customer!! I also loved the snacks. ?

I traded in my Mazda cx5 and entered into a new lease with the updated version. Brendan was so very kind and helpful. He answered all my questions so that I understood and called me back when needed. Found a hard to find CX5 I loved. Found one at Cascade and was lucky enough to have Brendan pick up the phone. I'm four hours away, so he was very gracious in providing lots of detailed video, being honest about any blemishes, etc. And once I decide that was the one, he (and the dealership) went above and beyond to make that sale as easy as possible despite the distance. Picked it up during the eclipse so Brendan was w/ family but still made sure I was in good hands with Jake and Jenna. I was encouraged by the reviews I read after one of these being sold from under me in MI, so credit where credit was due, I can confirm this is a dealership that really does try to operate differently with a customer first, sale second mentality. Sincerely recommended.
