A laughable experience. Please make the drive to visit literally any other Subaru dealership.
Extremely overpriced compared to other Subaru dealerships, about $100 overpriced for the same services. Extremely rude staff. And to top it all off, they pulled my car around for me to pick it up WITHOUT MY HUBCAPS ON. Then tried to convince me “I never had any.” Okay… hahahaha. After arguing with them, they finally took it back to put them on. I had to wait another 30 minutes. I finally get my car and leave. All my hubcaps fell off on my drive back home without me realizing. I’m assuming they didn’t put them on correctly. Oh, and they left 2 oil rags and a plastic cap underneath my hood. Even though “they film the entire oil change process for quality assurance.” hahahaha. Yup! Never went back!
I HAPPILY drive 38 minutes out of my way to Brunswick Subaru and pay literally $100 less for the same service, with an amazing staff and amazing lounge area.
(Update: They gaslit me in person during my experience there, and now they continue to gaslight me in their reply to my review lmao! Thank you for proving my point that you are an unprofessional branch of Subaru, but professional at gaslighting your customers when evidence can easily be pulled to back up my statements.)

Had a fantastic experience working with Matt during our Subaru purchase. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Matt answered every question we had without any pressure, and it was clear he truly knows his products and cares about helping customers make the right choice.
We’re extremely happy with our Subaru and the overall buying experience. I’d absolutely buy from Matt again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a great salesperson.

we got our Crosstrek Saturday. We wanted to get the limited but though it was way out of our budget. But they worked to get us a deal for the same payments as our previous car and gave us a fair price for our old vehicle. Peter Schlosser was a really nice salesperson with no high pressure tactics to buy the car. We are very pleased with our purchase, the dealership, and our salesman.

I was looking for a Subaru Forester Wilderness SUV and friend recommended Cascade Subaru to me. I worked with Peter and he was amazing.
He is very friendly, kind and funny. There was absolutely no pressure to buy the car. He asked
me questions about my driving habits and my likes and dislikes about cars. When we test drove the car, he drove first to show me special features and capabilities of the Wilderness. Then, I drove it and WOW what a car. I would definitely recommend Cascade Subaru to anyone who is looking for a good selection of cars . Thanks to Peter, Pat in finance and Joe who showed me how to use various accessories in the car.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new 2025 Subaru Crosstrek at Cascade Auto Group! From the very start, Matt
Harties's friendly manner, his readiness to answer any and all questions and the overall atmosphere of the dealership made us very comfortable.
The process of making a trade-in can be tough at times but Matt covered all of the details well and we received a fair trade-in price.
Closing out the paperwork was handled the most professionally that we have experienced.
Matt walked us over to Finance and everything was handled well and timely.
Since we ordered a few items to add to the car,
we have already experienced the great service and follow-up Cascade Auto Group offers.
We have purchased a number of vehicles and this was by far the best experience we have had. Whether you are buying your first or your 10th vehicle, I highly recommend Cascade Auto Group (and my assessment is fair but tough...this rating was well earned by the entire staff)!

Matt Harteis was the sales consultant that helped us acquire our 2025 Subaru wilderness. He was super informative, patient, and caring of our needs to the vehicle we wanted. He certainly went above and beyond to accommodate our request and made our experience smooth and comfortable. There was no worries about asking questions on any subject weather it be financially, or any other options regarding our future vehicle. He also took the extra step to accommodate our time of day available to view a potential vehicle and to sign all necessary paperwork when picking up the vehicle. We were given a proper tour of the cascade auto group campus and viewed the future service bay where our vehicle will be maintained. Absolutely 100% satisfied experience with Matt Harteis as our sales consultant! Thank you again for the awesome experience!

Thought I would get a different dealership for leasing. While communication was sent — I did not receive information after asking questions to help make an informed decision in a timely manner. A lot of skirting around important questions happened. Consequently, the car I was interested in - sold. And instead of pivoting, the salesperson was basically like “oh well.” No info on other cars. Bizarre. Very odd way of winning a sale. 1-star rating given for overall experience x 2. I begrudgingly tried again with this location after a bad experience three years ago. It was so bad, after my mom’s lease was up, we didn’t go back there. She got a car somewhere else. Definitely learned my lesson. Glad I didn’t waste my time in the dealership.
Note: I did not implicate the salesperson — the owner did in his response. I wasn’t going to. Not sure why that was done but I can confirm, he is who I was working with. And while he may have raving reviews — the potential sale was not taken seriously. Also, they would not match the car price given at another dealership. Another bizarre thing to do. But that’s a them problem.

I had such a wonderful experience at Cascade Subaru! Jacob Copley was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their customers, and I was honestly surprised at how smooth and easy everything went.
Everyone I interacted with was kind, and I especially appreciated Nick, who took the time to show me how everything in my car works and made sure I didn’t have any questions.
I definitely recommend this dealership and am very grateful to the whole team for making my first car-buying experience such a positive one!

I had an awesome experience at Cascade Subaru!
Matt Harteis was great to work with—super friendly, easygoing, conversational, and really knew his stuff. He helped me without any pressure to buy, which I really appreciated.
After I picked up the car, Joe Ferrante went over all the tech and features with me. He was super patient and made sure I understood everything before I left.
Richard in finance made the paperwork part quick, painless, and ensured I understood everything.
Overall, the whole team was awesome—professional, honest, and just easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend Cascade Subaru to anyone looking for a new Subaru!

Matt Harteis did a fantastic job of handling the delivery of my new fleet vehicle. Matt was very thorough from scheduling my pick up to walking through the vehicle features at pick up. This is my 4th fleet pick up but my first time doing the courtesy pick up at Cascade Auto. Matt took the time with me to review all the features of the new model. It was a great customer experience.
