will not provide receipts showing actual purchase. bought gas was told i was using the pump wrong and hung it up. asked for a recipet showing i didnt get gas and refused to provide one. been coming here 15years and worked here NEVER been asked to swipe my card multiple times to get one pump to work. was told its our fault for not waiting SEVERAL MINUTES for gas to start flowing. all i wanted was a final receipt showing i never got any gas from them.

I'm really upset my husband came in there today to purchase redbull that was on sale the older lady working there called him retarded cuz there self checkout doesn't ring sales properly and he asked why it was charging full price the gentleman working there tried to help him out and was floored to hear his coworker speak to my husband like that we will be contacting corporate office if you don't like ur job get another one don't speak to customers like that without us you have no job will not be going back here one bad apple will ruin the whole batch 😡

This is usually the location that I frequent. Most professional Associates and usually the cleanest. But lately there's been a strange old man lingering every night by the pop machines. It makes it very uncomfortable to be in there because he doesn't leave people alone and is constantly trying to make conversation. Isn't there a rule about loitering

The employees will do anything they can to force people to use the self checkout. I don't work here. You can do your job. The young lady working this morning could not have been bothered to do some work.....while the old lady did all the work while she stood there watching. Any job I ever if you watch someone else work....you'd be fired immediately. And not to mention she was about as friendly as a thumb tack. I've left this review and will be at corporate office tomorrow. Their corporate is behind circle k on tallmadge....in case anyone wants that info.

Won’t return unless they remove the Bitcoin atm. States a $3 fee however it charges 20-28% as well. I’ll never use it again, however I hate to see a place attempting to get over on everyone one time. Bad business ethics

I tried to get Dr Pepper from their fountain drink machine. It said "Out of Service" - see the pic. I said to the clerk: "I guess the soda pop machine is broken". She said tersely: "It's not broken."So I bought some bottled soft drinks out of their cooler. I paid by credit card. After I swiped and authorized my card she said: "You're all set." This clerk never asks customers if they want their receipt. I was dismissed.Would have given 4 or 5 stars but this clerk deserves only 1 star. She's all set.
