They Made a mistake, losing my and many other people’s prescription requests that caused me to get my prescription days late( I still don’t have it) they didn’t own up to it and banned me because I raised my voice on the phone when they explained they wouldn’t refill it now at all because an incorrect mail order prescription had now had the time to process because of their mistake dragging things out. My prescription was already days late. It must be nice to be able to do a horrible job and have zero repercussions for it. When you do have repercussions in the form of complaining, you ban them. It’s sad that you all walk around probably believing that you are helping people when in fact you all make it harder than it has to be. Shame on you, refusing people with mental health disorders because you can’t own up to your own mistakes. A little empathy goes a long way to prevent someone who has the right to be upset from sharing with you how upset they are. But no, just ban people after losing their prescriptions- I don’t know how you haven’t been sued yet.

Well I went in there to bye 2016 batteries they wanted $7.19 for just one and I needed two... And the two pack of batteries was $10.79.. I mean I get that they're open all night long but that is ridiculous so I went to Mark's and bought a two pack for $3.25.. so four stars that they're open 24 hours. but I'm only going to give two stars for their prices

After 2 weeks of going back and forth with my mail order pharmacy for sending me the wrong medication and trying to get it corrected, I finally had my doctor send my script to this CVS instead. I am so glad I did. I don't remember her name, but the woman I talked to in the pharmacy was incredibly helpful, above and beyond what would be expected, in helping me solve my situation. Best experience I've had with a pharmacy.

A1 service every time I come to this pharmacy. I transfered my prescriptions to this location specifically because of the attention and care of the techs and pharmacists that work there. Highly recommend!

This pharmacy is a disgrace. They pretend to be nice in your face, but Nicole and Emma will revenge you if they don't like something you've done. My husband fights depression everyday. They both know it. They have treated him poorly as of late. They wouldn't even give him my son's insurance info, and he's the legal guardian. They are fully aware my son is agoraphobic and tried to make him come in. My husband has been very depressed over there acts. If my husband ends upsick o ver this I'll seek a attorney.

CVS is a joke, I really don't know how they stay in business with consistent customers as expensive as they are. Save yourself the hassle and save money and drive over to Walgreens.

On 1/30/2023, my husband and I were scheduled to receive the updated covid Pfizer booster at this pharmacy around 11 am. When we arrived at the counter, the pharmacist noticed I was pregnant (I got the go ahead from my doctor to get the covid booster to protect me and my baby) and then told us that she "strongly recommended against" any pregnant woman from receiving the covid booster because of the risk of stillbirth and other complications, including myocarditis/pericarditis. We questioned her on her sources and mentioned the CDC's recommendations. She just told us to check Pfizer's website, and also said she generally advises pregnant women to avoid ANY vaccines just to "exercise caution". In addition, she discouraged my healthy adult male husband from getting his booster because of the risk of myocarditis. We then canceled our appointments and left confused. Speaking to a rep from MotherToBaby (which is backed by the CDC), we've confirmed this pharmacist was giving us unsolicited misinformation to discourage us from the vaccine. The risks she spoke of with the covid booster and my fetus were incredibly low or even nonexistent, and in fact the benefits far outweigh any rare risks. The whole experience made us uncomfortable and confused when we should have been simply given our booster shots. We never asked for her advice, and it's surprising a pharmacist would be so anti-vax for pregnant women, when the data overwhelmingly shows they're safe and in fact healthy to get. It was a scare I didn't need in my 37th week of pregnancy. We went to Rite Aid in Tallmadge the next day and had a much better, more professional experience!

For 09/30/22 covid vaccine for my 15 year old daughter, tech repeatedly swabbed incorrect site (below axilla at tricep), and when I showed her proper site, she continued to swab incorrect site saying “Let’s see.” I thought, “See what? See you administer incorrectly and risk serious injury to my child (SIRVA)?” Maybe she was confused between IM and SQ/SC. She gave no explanation nor assurance that she knew how to properly administer an IM injection. So, I spoke up again, and showed her some anatomical landmarks and said, “Please, I’m a nurse.” Again, no explanation (or apology) but got her pharmacist. Pharmacist ended up administering vaccine (absolutely correctly, thank you), but seemed annoyed with me. I even said to pharmacist, “I’m ok with the tech administering if you supervise her. She has to learn somehow.” But pharmacist said in unfriendly tone, “No. She feels uncomfortable now.” From this, I felt this pharmacist found fault with me, causing tech to feel uncomfortable, and this was more important than assuring me that this pharmacy can proper train their techs for IM administration. Well, yes. I’d feel uncomfortable too if I was improperly trained for expected job duties. Dangerous for public. In my opinion, unless you know how to supervise the tech yourself, always have the pharmacist administer vaccine.

An appointment was made for the booster shot and a flu shot at this target/cvs pharmacy. My coworker was told she could not get the flu shot at the time of visit instead of the inconsiderate CVS pharmacy telling her at that time of the call they weren't going to give the flu shot anymore or call/text/email, her before her appointment they waited until she got their to tell her that their SORRY location is incompetent of giving a flu shot and covid booster the same day.Go to Walgreens or some other place we're they are able to give both at your visit.Do not come to this location. Inconsiderate pharmacy techs/pharmacist was full of....!
