In doctor’s system the medicine is covered by insurance and while pickup time it is not covered, I got the flu shot in cvs and it is not helping at all

Went in to the store today looking for something, asked the store employee, they barely acknowledged the conversation and seemed like they couldn't care less. Sorry you had to work today, but your customer service skills are lacking. Walked out of the store without buying anything because of this.

Very poor customer service. Asked the “person in charge” some genuine questions about them not being able to refund my money to the original form of payment. I understand that not everyone knows everything just because they work there but I asked if she can make a phone call to her supervisor or anyone who might know. She ignored me, added the refunded money to the CVS card while I was actively talking, and then responded she can’t refund me my money for a returned item to the original form of payment. As a customer, I am also paying an amount for the purchases and I have every right to ask questions. She ignored my question with a very rude behavior saying she has other things that she has to take care of.
I originally purchased my item from Graham road as it was on my way to somewhere CVS but since the state road one is closer to my house, I went there to return my items. The state road employee was unable to do my return as the items purchased had manuel discount added from the Graham road employee. So, I went to graham road where I originally purchased and explained her the situation that I was told to come here as they were not able to help me, she rudely questioned “ so are u like hoping to different cvs and returning stuff, is that what u are doing”. I even asked her to call the state road cvs and confirm if what I said is true or not. Just because many people might do, doesn’t mean she can make assumptions without confirming the facts.
Overall, very bad experience with this one particular employee. The other employee present genuinely tried to help however, because she had questions she called the other employee who was the rude one

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. I got in the pharmacy drive through at 1:25 pm, with 2 cars in front of me. I pulled up to the window at exactly 1:30 (when the pharmacy closes for lunch). The person at the window pulled the blind as I pulled up. There was no one behind me. At the very least they could have checked to see what I needed. My rx pick up would have taken less than 1 minute.

I came in for diapers and a few vitamins for the sale ad I received on my email today. I wasn't in a hurry so I looked down a few isles. I kept seeing the cashier looking at me. I said hi to Wendy (name tag) when I walked by to another isle since we locked eyes. She didn't say anything just stared at me. I became uncomfortable with how she was just watching me that I just left. Very uncomfortable.

Misleading discount offer at checkout; rude employee at desk who inferred I was making up the offer that appeared on the checkout pad and she never heard of the 30% off one highest priced item which did not happen and the offer did not say for a coupon for future purchases so it made it sound like the discount would be applied to the product being bought then and there by providing email.

Overnight lady likes to deny purchases, had to go to Walmart for a locked up item. Save your time and go to Walmart
