Great experience with Direct Mobile Service for a sound system upgrade in an older car. Tedd was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I called, explained that I had already purchased all the parts and components, and he gave me a quote for labor and set up an appointment—all within five minutes. I had some questions when I dropped the car off, and he thoughtfully explained what could and could not be done (and why). Thrilled with the install too. Everything works great and no apparent damage to my vehicle. My only gripe is that I was quoted one number over the phone and it ended up being about 15% more expensive when the bill came due (beyond taxes). Still not sure why, but I felt it was a fair price and didn't push back. Going to use him again to install some dash cams on a new car.

Got a remote start installed and he did an excellent job. He was very honest too, working with me to get the most economical option and even charging me less than what was quoted after he ended up not using a particular part. I highly recommend.

I had a remote start installed in my wife’s RAV-4 for her birthday and Ted pulled through and did awesome. She loves it. I highly recommend him for your after market installs. He is honest, professional, and has very reasonable pricing!

Came here for a quick auto start install that I didn't realize my new Nissan Rogue didn't come with. The Nissan dealer recommended this location so I felt completely comfortable knowing they too use their services. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful and got me on the schedule right away at my earliest convenience which was so nice considering its winter in Ohio. The install took a little over a half an hour which is pretty impressive for any car service. He charged me the previously quoted price with no upcharges or hidden fees and I will absolutely come here in the future for any services I may need. Two thumbs up for this business

I STRONGLY recommend these folks for any aftermarket auto installations. It seems to be difficult to find integrity in today's world, but believe me, it lives here!
