I got the coolest bike from there. It's like riding a dinosaur ? I was riding it around Lake Anna, and I looked over and a family of people, were really enlightening, and the Dad said pop a wheelie,and I yeah right and they busted out laughing.

Grumpy ol' men work here. Overpriced items. Stay away. Go to ebay instead. I walked in and asked about the price of a tire. Then I jokingly said, "Isn't that too expensive?" I was gonna buy it even though it's expensive. Then the owner started going off about what I said, like " OH, SO YOU'RE GONNA BARGAIN WITH ME NOW?" BLA BLA BLASo I just walked away. Summer is short. I'm sure they're gonna make something up in the reply... go aheah tell them about how you turned away a paying customer

I had neglected my bike for a number of years. However, when I took it into Falls Wheel and Wrench they fixed it up like it was new. (And, no shaming for my neglect…?). The service is excellent and the price is right! I highly recommend these folks… And, I got to sample some fine baked good’s from Bob’s wife. Delish!

Great work, at a fair price, that is done in a reasonable amount of time! The owner and his staff are just good people who provide bike repair/maintenance services and sales. I'd recommend Falls Wheel & Wrench over any comparable service provider you could find in the area (stow, Kent ...).

I came here for a wheel repair. Bob, the owner, was very helpful. He inspected the bike thoroughly and kept me informed throughout the process. He even managed to have all the work done in a day!

We went to get our son a bigger bike since he now wants to ride. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He sized the right bike for our son and let him test ride it behind the store. He listened to our son's concerns and adjusted the bike as needed. He installed the water bottle holder and even through in a water bottle with purchase. If you are wanting a bike that will last and can adjust with your child then buy quality. I would highly recommend Falls Wheel and Wrench Bike Shop. Thanks Bob for the great service.

My husband and I bought bikes here at the beginning of summer. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable on what type of bikes we should get based off of what we told him we were looking for. He didn’t try to up sell us on anything and was just extremely helpful through the whole process. We have gone back a couple times now for bike accessories and he was just as helpful as the first time. Most recently we were having trouble putting our new bike seats on ourselves so we stopped in and he was more than happy to assist us. He put both of our bike seats on for us at no charge. Highly recommend stopping into Falls Wheel and Wrench!
