In the time we have used Giant Eagle Pharmacy we have had fantastic experience with the services of the staff. They are willing to answer questions and help with any issues we have faced through out the years. They walked us through 4 life threatening illnesses. They were there to get the medications we needed and any items we needed. We count them as an important part of our health journey

I've tried about a dozen pharmacies in the area between me and my family, and this is by far the best. They have always been so kind and helpful in many ways when I go in. Just this last week I went in to get 90 day fills of some new scripts and Brianna went through each with me, double checking GoodRX and her systems deals to get me the best prices. She saved me so much money and was so kind.I don't go anywhere else.

The techs are great it is one of the pharmacists that is rude. I will not be filling my prescription here any longer due to her. She over talked me while I was speaking and just rude. She is the only reason I won’t be filling anything there. Such a shame too. Her apology was I’m sorry you feel that way! I’m done with Howe rd giant eagle pharmacy

Tons of parking, not too messy, i can early morning so a lot of items hadn't been restocked yet. The layout makes sense and it was easy to navigate. They upped the amount of self check out which I prefer because anytime I come here and go through a checkout with an attendant it takes ages. I was a bit put off by the staff near customer service. I had an item that the scanner couldn't read due to barcode placement. Pressed the "call for help" button but no one came. It was slow and i was near several employees that were doing nothing but talking and laughing loudly with each other. Eventually I managed to stretch the barcode enough for the scanner to read it. But come on guys, I'm already doing your job for you, the least you could do is offer assistance when it's needed

This pharmacy was borderline for years. For the last 6months it has totally fallen apart. Non-filled Rx, excuses, blame me for not reminding them, now just ignoring doctors directions. I'm done with them.

This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever had to use. The staff is usually friendly and professional but if you go to the drive thru you may find yourself waiting for a good minute. More staff is needed for sure and better efforts need to be made to accommodate the increase of people using the drive thru.

This location needs to either build for another lane or have prescriptions ran out like the pickup is for groceries. Lines at times are too long and dangerous. Too much traffic to try to make a long line. Employees are friendly but GE needs to do better if they want RX business!
