I have to say I try to be kind and patient with people, but I'm somebody who's actually just had enough. They can't even bring up the coupons that I know I had on my account and basically can't even give the promotions that correspond with the products I purchase (which I verified myself by the way). Word of advice, please have somebody more experienced there always and maybe don't send rookies by themselves to do the job. I may consider if it's worth it being a pro rewards member any longer if they clearly can't seem to be able to make the "rewards" happen like they once did.

Acknowledged me when I walked in and that was it..never asked if I needed help or anything so I left and went to the stow location and recieved better service and spent my money there..

This is the best GNC I've ever been to by far! The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful! I go there often, not just because of the product, but because of the staff. Five stars, no question. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amber is a huge asset to this location. There is another GNC store closer to my place but I come here because Amber & the team are very helpful. Amber is such a great saleswomen, she isn't pushy and very knowledgeable (know's discounts,promo's and the store like the back of her hand).I go into GNC every time with a plan just to buy 1 thing but always end up leaving with a full bag of GNC products. lolIf you have questions about anything I highly recommend going to this location and asking for Amber, very patient,she seems to love what she does,such a class act & true professional.

Im extremely happy with this GNC location.I recently got a Preworkout and a Protein Shake the lady who helped me (Didnt catch her name) was very nice and knowledgeable and best thing to is that mix and match 50% off, That saved me some money!Everytime i go there the staff is Relatable and helps me choose my Fitness Supplement and needs.This store is my go to! Evertime! (No i wasnt sponsored to post this)
