Due to an error with one of THEIR tellers and a whole of of inconvenience...I don't have my money. For a whole week longer than proposed.

I usually go to the 2nd Street Cuyahoga Falls Huntington Branch, but this branch is a bit closer to me, so when I’ve needed to go into the branch the last 2times I’ve needed to, I’ve visited this particular branch.Both times I was assisted my Stephanie and the Branch’s manager Corazon.Both times BOTH of these ladies had me standing at the counter for 45+ minutes, calling around and making assumptions as it pertains to my account and a glich and error.Stephanie; both times called into a back office, stays on a call with a “back office representative” gets off 30+ minutes later, and her reply is the same, “I really don’t know what happened, and the guy I talked to, didn’t explain it well enough for me to explain it to you. I’m sorry, I couldn’t help, but can I help you with anything else, such a deposit?”Corazon was absolutely of NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL neither times, was only interested in applying my Business for a Business Credit card, and for the 2nd and LAST TIME, had me call into the Business Account CS line to assist me with the error that occurred on my account. Corazon is also NOT familiar with Huntington’s Business Account 24 Hour Grace Policy’s and/or Thresholds. I, being a Business Account holder with Huntington with 2 accounts took the liberty to enlighten her of the Threshold and Grace Policy myself.Thankfully, Laura at the 2nd Street Branch, and Customer Service were able to assist me, as they did for the 2ND TIME BEHIND Corazon telling me SHE COULD NOT ASSIST ME, and to call CS or go into another branch.Corazon is in need of proper training, her Branch Managerial skills are far down and low, and Stephanie needs proper guidance.That is all I have for this brand and my experience.

Accidentally deleted last review but this is the best bank I can remember ever being a customer of and in this automated day and it means a lot. The tellers, the 24 hour grace, the Early Pay...I never have an issue with this bank

If you are considering this branch or Huntington in general, Id look for other options. Customer service at the branch is basically nonexistent and corporate customer service is not much better. For 2 years my employer has been using Zelle to pay me every two weeks with minimal issue other than occasional lag time from payment til it shows up in your account. However on several occasions including this past week, its taken 4 or 5 business days from the time Zelle notified me that the funds were transferred, to the time it actually became available. As you can imagine, waiting 4 days to get access to your money, which is supposed to be available same day or the next at worst, was frustrating but not nearly as frustrating as trying to get answers from this group. I started by going into the branch to see if they can assist me or at least give me an answer as to why this is happening. At first, they said there was no pending deposit so I opened their Huntington app and showed them the transfer and confirmation # from Zelle. The teller basically told me she has no clue why, theres nothing they can do and to call customer service as opposed to at least trying to provide some support or even act like she cares. I then called their corporate customer service and after being redirected to 5 different reps and waiting over an hour on the phone, it was clear that they had no clue why this was happening either nor could provide me with any support. They actually lied and told me it was Zelle holding the money which was not true as zelle provided a confirmation #. A few months ago I was actually going to open a second account there and when I asked to speak to a rep, they told me I had to make an appointment to open an account which can take up to a week or two. Meanwhile they had 3 people sitting in cubicles twittling their thumbs. Its almost like they dont want new clients. Needless to say, I am changing banks asap

Dan Ghatani is amazing! I was prepared to wait in a long line… but rather he walked up to me to see if he could assist with my transaction. I’ve never seen him before. He’s honestly delightful and personable. You either work well with people or you don’t. I was dressed in sweats and he treated me like a Wall Street businesswoman. Many of you know I’ve been in sales and marketing for over 25 years. I know a thing or two about customer service. Ask for him by name...Jason Glover notarized documents for me today. Early bird catches the worm. I did not have to schedule an appointment. He was diligent and friendly.

You have to schedule a notary here. Two days out. You don't at other Huntington banks.There were at least three people not assisting people. I don't understand.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE LET THE TELLER TREVOR HANDLE ANY OF YOUR TRANSACTIONS.HE SCREWED UP A VERY LARGE DEPOSIT PUTTING IT IN THE WRONG ACCOUNT COSTING ME 10 MORE DAYS OF INTEREST ON LOANS.HUNTINGTON NOT HELPING ME BUT DEFENDING THEIR NEW EMPLOYEES THAT WERE NOT TRAINED PROPERLY.

Staff was not knowledgeable about their own policies and unwilling to work with you. Had to call main branch and they were very helpful and explained my options. Why couldn't they at the very least do that? They acted like they could care less and oh well you are out of luck.

Be cautious withdrawing any money from the Huntington ATM on State Road. I did a withdrawal and never got my money but they took it out of my account. Now I’m waiting up to 10 business days for them to research the issue. Getting nothing but the run around with customer service. Very disappointed.
