They are not that friendly as a whole. Meaning all together not friendly, I went through 4 sales people in one sitting as they all kept walking away putting me with someone else. As i told them I didn't want to spend the $6500.00 set they gave them they seemed discouraged and passed me off. As a past sales professional and sales manager the experience was terrible. No connection, transactional and lazy with process.If they would have made me feel like they actually cared what I got and who I was rather than the price I was paying I would have bought that day. I would have even signed up for the financing as I know most sales places offer incentives to the associates. But I got a speed dating style of salesmanship with no interest. Before they even asked my name they were pitching the financing.I gave it the benefit of the doubt cause last time I came in to this store to look at stuff the lady that helped me and my significant other was judgmental. She was top down selling as I told her my price she said around the lines of you like that? Most people do this cause it's for life. This place needs to get a leader who will teach proper sales etiquette and communication.

So I was looking for a watch, budget under $500, and the sales associate Hanan, was fantastic. She treated me like I had 10k in my pocket even though she knew otherwise. We were smiling the whole time. Awesome stuff.

Very petty. Family member bought two gold ankle bracelets for $1600+ dollars with warranties. She lost some weight and wanted to size her ankle bracelet so it would fit and the lobster claw was defective so it also needed replaced. They wanted to keep the gold that was taken off when resized and to keep the lobster claw. All so they can melt it down and scam another customer. Very petty to lose out on a customer who spends that much money.

When I can't get to Kay's Jewelry for my 6-month warranty inspections, I come to this Jared location because it's Kay's Jewelry's sister store, and I just love them. I called to make sure my warranty inspection was updated in my account, and Sarah helped me. She went over and beyond to make sure everything was right on their end and updated all my accounts! My fiancé purchased my ring for me JUST over a year ago, a year and three months I’ve had my ring and my ring has not been in my possession these last 3 months due to poor quality and repairs by both James Allen’s Partner “Jared” and even more disappointing service by the ring manufacturer themselves. My ring lost a diamond just at a year which left me upset but understanding that can may be happen (although it shouldn’t happen on a year old diamond ring). I took it in to Jared thinking they’re a reputable jeweler and partner of whom my fiancé purchased my ring from so they can fix it right? WRONG. They repaired it not once, twice but THREE times and did it incorrect all three times, charged my fiancé $200, the third time they built up prongs without asking permission and proceeded to damage another diamond on the band that wasn’t damaged when we walked in. They damaged my ring so badly it couldn’t be repaired by James Allen and they weren’t authorized to do so per the email I have from their partner. I finally send my ring back to the company in hopes everything will be done correctly and I’ll have no more issues, wrong again. So, 3 months later and my wedding approaching and I’m still without my ring due to unauthorized, shoddy work by Jared and poor quality by James Allen. Absolutely maddening and frustrating to say the least. If you’re a soon to be bride or groom I do not recommend either company for repairs or purchase.

I came in to get my ring cleaned and got to talking to Hanan about some concerns I had and that she noticed as well. She was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. My ring was sent to be fixed and I am very satisfied with how it came out. Thank you Hanan for all your help!

Andrea was wondering in helping us find our wedding rings and other beautiful jewelry. She also helped find a great watch for my husband for Christmas. She went above and beyond to help me. Definitely recommend going to her for your jewelry needs!!

Not that I buy much jewelry but when I do, from now on, it will only be from Jared in Cuyahoga Falls. All of the ladies are so sweet and very helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in a ring to get a stone put back in it. When i picked it up, oh my goodness, it looked 1000% better. Not only did they replace the stone (my initial reason for bringing it in) but they buffed out all the scratches in the gold and polished it beautifully. It looks brand new again. Also I had a question about another piece of jewelry that u i had gotten from my grandma, and they were very helpful with trying try to find out what it was. Thank you guys for being so sweet and welcoming and helpful.

I came in shopping for an anniversary gift. And I had an associate named Sarah. I came in completely clueless, not knowing what to buy or where to start. I was expecting to get jumped on for sales. And this lady was absolutely professional and helpful. Explained everything to me. And helped me pick out the perfect ring. Absolute 5 star associate. Highly recommend this store!

Stopped in yesterday because my ring lost a small diamond one week after repair. Ladies greeted me at the door; Andrea took my ring back to repairs, where they took care of the problem immediately so I would not have to make another trip. Thank you for the excellent service.
