What a great employee, saw me struggling to find sauerkraut, left the cashier station to come help me without me saying a word. Great customer service skills make this guy a manager! “A nice shopping experience. I love the different cart sizes, self checkout option, and open layout of the store. Almost everyone has been willing to help find any items you are having trouble finding. They have a lot of specialty finds and their deli, meat, and seafood area has a TON of fresh options that you can’t find at other grocery places nearby. The shopping experience as a whole is definitely better than places like Marcs, ACME or Walmart. My one pet peeve is that the women’s room is almost always requiring attention and that there are only 2 stalls and a super old hand dryer. If they could update it or maybe add one additional bathroom in the opposite corner of the store, I think it would help people who don’t get around the best that might have to use the bathroom during their shopping trip”

“Clutch Lanes has some of the best food you’ll find anywhere near a bowling alley — honestly better than many restaurants. Their tots are next level, the boneless wings burst with flavor, the wraps are packed with flavor, and the monthly pizza specials are always creative and delicious.
What truly makes Clutch Lanes stand out is the customer service, especially Rachael. When my wife and I are deciding what to order, she always gives great recommendations and helps us navigate the menu based on what we’re in the mood for. She genuinely cares about every customer and goes out of her way to make sure Clutch Lanes meets — and exceeds — expectations. Her kindness, attention, and dedication turn a great meal into an unforgettable experience.
