I was shopping with my gramma and a girl named Anaya I think the girl said that’s what her name was looked at our cart and said damn you got a lot of stuff. Excuse me and then was on the phone with someone the whole time we were standing there. This girl didn’t check us out a girl next to her did.

The store itself was clean and well organized. I literally only came here for the deli lunch meat, but I wasn't about to touch it with a 10-ft pole with how gray it looked. I ended up having to go to the other Marc's and Cuyahoga Falls for the deli meat.

This store is always filthy, floors are dirty and always have debris on them like they are never swept or cleaned, everything is old and needs updating. The bathrooms appear to not have been cleaned for a very long time. Look at the attached photos of the bathroom. There is gang graffiti on the bathroom walls, door, and toilet paper dispenser. There is years of filth around and behind the toilet. Human waste and urine has accumulated on the floor, from not being cleaned for ages. It is a shame Marcs doesn't put some money into updating this disgusting store. THE BATHROOM IS A FILTHY, NASTY, UNSANITARY, HEALTH HAZARD! The manager should be fired. They sell bathroom cleaning materials in the store!! There is no excuse for this laziness. Many food items are outdated. If you spend any time in the produce section, be ready to encounter fruit flies. This store SUCKS!

It always looks kinda gross and outdated inside. The checkout takes years even for 1-5 items bc they don’t have self check out or enough cashiers. I actively avoid Marc’s and spend more money for continence and comfort at target across the street.

The manager should be ashamed themself the bathroom should be condemned and people in there just on phones and stores a mess I will never return that bathroom I’m reporting to health department neglect for long time I walk out lucky made me give one star and I would not give them any.. whoever ovens this store your manager failing you and you should take pride in your store

I had the worst experience at the Marc’s on Howe Rd yesterday! These lady’s were so over rude! Didn’t help me with my moms medications. Wouldn’t look up her insurance, made us pay for them. Very rude to me. I ask her to please give my a certain manufacturer of one of her meds. My mother gets very sick on one of them. I said please mam if you don’t have the right one, I can get that certain prescription somewhere else. She said “whatever I have she gets!” I said I understand you are busy, I just need this one medicine to be ok for my mother. She was rude, condescending judge-mental. Embarrassed me. Do you she saw the medicine that my mom could not have and filled it anyway. My mom is 75 years old has a broken arm, broken shoulder and six broken ribs all on the same side. In so much pain. She had to take one of that medication and vomited all night. She is worse off than she was yesterday! Feels like she injured her ribs again from vomiting violently. Maybe she shouldn’t have taken it but didn’t know what else to do.Pharmacy told me she would not fix the problem and exchange the medication before I left. She was so nasty to me and very judge mental. Making me feel like I was doing wrong. I have to say probably the worst experience I’ve had at a pharmacy. When were there for our first visit in many years, because we thought they were kind from what we had heard. I would never return or forget the way I was treated and the lack of empathy for my mother. This was at HoweRd in Cuyahoga falls Ohio. My mom is very sick because of this today and is without her pain meds. I just can’t imagine if this had been done to a child. The lack of compassion was inconceivable. So be careful when you visit this pharmacy.

Wow horrible experience! Filthy store. Next wanted to purchase an item but it was marked up more than other Marcs. Asked about it they said they do as they want. Never again. I also took pictures of the filth
