I learned that they do high quality water testing, which means that there will be no calcium in the water. They also do things such as soil testing. “I come here to get my blood drawn because it’s convenient, I don’t need an appointment, and the people who have drawn my blood are incredibly efficient. The young female lab tech who has taken care of me most of the times I’ve come is very pleasant and so good at it that I’m in and out within minutes.
There have been a few times over the years when I’ve had to wait for someone to come and get me from the lobby, but those have been very few and far between. I’ll keep coming back anytime I get a blood draw order from my physician.”
“Make an appointment online fast and easy to fill out insurance. Pick your location and time. Easy to cancel just keep your appointment email. Reschedule when you cancel. They will even put it on your calendar if you want! They text a check in for when you arrive. All set, take a seat, wait 5 minutes and in and out! Easy peezy! I went to Cuyahoga location on Howe both times and had same technician who is excellent!! Sorry I should have remembered her name.”

“Your location is super convenient on Graham Road. Right off of Rt 8, and plenty of parking. Beautiful brick building inside and outside, located in a safe area. Staff is courteous and polite. I have used your lab for over two years and sent several people to your lab and have always heard nothing but positive things.”
