Store clusters at 8p I got there at 7:15.A sales Rep named AIRY 1st tried to state The phones I was wanting aren't free. So I pulled up the metro ad on line proved it was. He said the other Motorola with the stylus he was out of. No problem I didn't ask for that 1 so I didn't care he even said he had the Other Motorola the new 1 W/O STYLUS.Next he asked if I had my account numberd So I called fot it while the Phone He begins telling me how he only has 1 5G PHONE IN STOCK. WTH????When I went in I directly stated ****I wanted to port over 3 ?S. NOT 1 !!!! And that just wasted my time I thought metro hire competent people?

Stand there and wait for 45 minutes just for them to tell you they don't have phone. They should not display phones they do not have on hand it would save time & headaches.

I love my metro service and the benefits I have through my plan but this store left me with a headache. I'll leave it at that. I was, I guess, "compensated" and my account was credited but if I had the choice I wouldn't do it again for the credit.

Under new management and very friendly clean atmosphere. The people that work in there are willing to go beyond to help there customers. It is all about customer satisfaction.

Went at 7:40 pm and the store was already locked without a single person inside. Definitely not right, seeming how the sign on the door says they're open until 8. Very irritating situation.

So happy with customer service and the transition from old service to Metro. Our salesman Deepak was very patient and very knowledgeable with all we inquired about and went above and beyond! Super satisfied with our plan, it offered a lot more for what we paid for our old service. Thank you

One of the best ones I've been to they answer all your questions they know how to fix phones. I've been to other Metro's in the area and they just don't even compare to State Rd. If u want nice curtosy people go to state rd. Metro by teen mobile.
