So my starter coils on my 2018 Elantra have been replaced 3 times, last one slightly out of warranty, since these are defective parts I and needed replaced multiple times I assumed Ron marhoffer would cover this, but what a fool I was to believe that, they blamed it on Hyundai and said call the company office which of course they laughed at me, I guess buying 3 Hyundai vehicles doesn’t count for nothing, thank goodness we have Toyota down the road, I’ll be buying from them later this year

I recently brought in my 2020 Santa Fe for a broken drivers side handle and a radio that did not work. Hank and the service department found that these were covered by my warranty and were able to get replacements for my handle, antenna & infotainment unit. Everything works great now and it cost me $0.00. This is the best warranty in the business.

It was my first time buying a car by myself and was very nervous & overwhelmed with options and buying! As soon as I walked in the front door, Ervin immediately greeted me and from there on gave EXCEPTIONAL service! Listened to all of my needs & concerns and pointed me right in the best direction. I wasn’t planning on walking away with a car today but thanks to ervin I did! The business manager, Amy, also exceeded my expectations! It being my first time buying a car she went over every single detail I needed with ease and I’m so thankful for it! I feel confident I made the best decision today, with the most phenomenal help! The prices and loan rates are not accurate online. I was also lied to about having to buy $695 Paint & Fabric Protection Limited Warranty as a condition of buying, when you actually DO NOT have to purchase it. The loan is through ally @ 11.29% even with excellent credit, not 6.49 through Bank of America as stated online. Only 1 key was given with vehicle. I would not purchase from them again.

The service department did a great job with getting me in on time and finishing all the service they promised in a timely fashion. Very knowledgeable staff that explained everything to me on the report they provided. Also a very clean dealership with a beautiful new look. We had such a great experience here! Becca was amazing. She was very patient when I came in not knowing exactly what details I wanted in a car. We were offered drinks when we came in and they even made sure to bring us refills later in the process without being asked. Becca was super nice and even joked around with us, which we love. When we came back the next day to finalize the paperwork Becca was helping another customer but, the two other gentleman that helped us were just as nice and personable. They made sure I knew all the details of my new car and that everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

They will give you a sales spiel about being non commission low pressure and having low fees. It’s all to get you to lower your guard. They are still on a flat rate commission, and when you factor in the hidden fee for vehicle “protectant” that you have no choice on, their fees are multiple times higher than other dealerships. The finance manager lied straight to my face and then denied it when I called my bank to verify my terms and payment options.They’re shady like most car dealerships. They just treat you like you’re too stupid to figure it out with their “we’re different” sales spiel.
