The associates are friendly and knowledgeable about the products. All my questions and concerns were answered and alleviated.Extensive selections of hair color, nails productions, facial products, pretty much everything you need.

On Monday, June 13, about 3:30 p.m., my daughter and I were purchasing items to bleach and color our hair. There were 2 young girls behind the counter. The 1 barely looked up from her phone. The other was not friendly. She was wearing a t shirt and sweat pants. No markings that they were employees at all. I have never been to a Sally's that was so unprofessional and unhelpful.

Always have my product and stock never really have an issue here however the reason not for five stars his customer service kind of seems lacking

I'm really not trying to be nit pickey but I went in to buy a product that has been in stock every time I've gone there the past 5+ years. It's not there today and they say they haven't been able to get any for weeks. I call a different Sally's and they have over 50 boxes.Why would one store be Happy with having empty shelves when all they had to do is a 15 minute drive to another location to restock a product they haven't been able to order for weeks? It just makes no sense to me at all.

I went into the store at chapel Hill and asked a girl working for assistance as I needed to look up history on my account she was sitting on the floor putting stuff away when I got there didn't bother to get up then a gentleman came in and asked for a help she didn't get up again she just pointed for him to head over in a certain area when I finally asked her she was going to look up my stuff for me she told me she didn't know how and the other girl was on break And as you guessed it no she was not getting up off the floor to go ask for help I'll never shop at that store again

Each time I go here everyone greets you and are so helpful and attentive. But on certain days like today 10/08/2020 whomever the young girl is that works the cashier. She has a nasty attitude. When I go back if she's working I will leave. And come back another day.

This Sally is not a good place for novices. After three visits to this store I am convinced that the employees are simply mean. On my first visit, I was told that no-one had time to answer questions. I found that reasonable and I left. On my second visit, I was sold thirty some dollars of products I did not need. I made my questions clear and simple. I asked the employee helping me to read the box on the Ion color I selected and help me get what I needed. My eyesight is extremely poor and I need help reading the fine print. When I got home, I took pictures of the instructions and blew them up. That was when I discovered that I did not need most of the things I had purchased along with the hair dye. I brought the extra items back, bringing us to the third visit. One the third visit I was sold a product and assured I did not need anything with it. It was purple hair dye. The picture shows the results. I understand that employees do not always represent a brand as the manager or parent company would prefer and it is not clear that any of the women who "assisted" me were in management--- but when they lie to a customer in unison with straight faces I just imagine that they must giggle in unison after we leave as well. That alone makes me feel uncomfortable ever returning. This store is clean and parking is easy, but if you are a novice like me or have vision trouble like me or simply want to trust that you will not be trolled and pranked if you show weakness, find a different Sally Beauty Supply. Every other one I have ever visited has been super helpful and kind.
