So stopped out today at Sergeant Clean Car Wash and Cuyahoga Falls I met Andy at the gate it's very helpful needed a renew my air freshener absolutely love this place they've got all the chemicals that you need to get your car nice and clean they even got a bug wash station where you can free wash the front of your car to get all the bugs off it is amazing the quality of care been a lot of places best place I've been to customer for life

they could have a sign out front saying no cash, card only! i put there pre bug and wheel cleaner on to not be able to go through the car wash all because i had cash. they could of helped me out one time so i didn’t have to leave the cleaning stuff on my paint. i’ll be filing a complaint to corporate as well.

Love Sgt clean always have ever since they opened but today something happened that made me appreciate them even more I typically go to the one in Stow off Front st. Exit, and every time I come here they are so nice but today I was shown such kindness from Steven and Spencer that I now will go now where else to get my car washed you guys are awesome thank you for what you did for me today!you guys should get a raise for your wonderful customer service and kindness towards your customers 5 star employees for sure thank you so much! You both re awesome!

When I arrived to this car wash to try it out, I stopped at the wheel cleaning / bug cleaning station to clean my wheels before entering. I pulled up and to my dismay they do not accept cash. For me this had been the THIRD place I couldn’t spend cash in some way, shape, or form. As I backed out I let my frustration be known to my passenger and one of them gentlemen running the wash shouted for me to come back. I explained to him that I simply didn’t have my debit card as I left it at home and I was frustrated because of the last to businesses gave me grief for only having cash on me. He understood my issue and offered me a free car wash when he really didn’t have to. In the next few days when my truck gets dirty again, I’m coming back to this location and purchasing a monthly membership. On top of all of this, their car wash system, vacuum system and overall layout is perfect, even for larger trucks such as mine. Five Stars for sure ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I’ve been a customer for a couple years looked at my statements being double built went to go try to deal with it. He asked me for my card. I’m not giving you my card. was not happy about that at all and I asked him is it someone else I can talk to and he told me he won’t can’t give me that information so watch your statements
