Employees are so damn lazy now that they can't even be bothered to put an out of order sign on something that they're aware can't be used. Every time I stop at any of these locations it's worse than the last. I wish QT would hurry the hell up and get out this way.

constant letdown. doesn’t do the job correctly. they give you the extras/sauce THEY want you to have and not the stuff you ordered, even if you ask to their face. the food is never warm or fresh. ask for something specific?? forget it. they can’t even make hash brown patties without them being soggy and disgusting. this sheetz will never, ever be worth the convenience it offers and it shows in so many ways.

This has to be The worst sheetz I have ever been to. No air hose no paper receipt in the pump working sometimes no washer fluid. consistent terrible service and disrespect. Check it out I don't ever give people bad ratings so if I do there must be something way wrong.

The bathrooms were really gross, the handicap door is broken so it doesn’t lock, there’s no toilet paper and no paper towels. Would have said something to the lady working behind the register but she seemed really standoffish

In the dozens of times I’ve ordered this platter, I have never received such a small amount of eggs. Is this really what we’re supposed to be getting? I also had to wait 15 minutes for my food that was sitting behind the counter - I think it would be a good idea to put a note out where customers can see that says “Ask for online order by name” or something because how are we supposed to know it’s done if it’s not on the pick up counter? I’m just disappointed with tonight’s experience, the amount of food and no syrup.
I’m very grateful for the older Italian gent that gave me my slushly for free, just out of kindness, before I had picked up my food. That was very kind

Food portions have INSANELY changed. Won’t even remake it, insists this is “how it’s supposed to be” well that’s not the way it’s been for years, and for anyone else in any other location. Straight ridiculous please dont come to this location.

Mainly for corporate eyes, and not store eyes. But y'all REALLY need to let the store managers schedule more people during the day. The employees at this location got their asses whooped tonight (thanksgiving night). They did mess up a couple times, but we understand. It was insanely busy there seeing as it's one of the 2-3 places open for food today. With that being said, corporate should have taken that into consideration and given more hours for today so they didn't struggle.

Atrocious service, disgusting food. Had to wait 20+ minutes for these “hotdogs”. I was the only one in the store! I love sheetz, but this location is abysmal. Will not be returning.
FYI - I asked for light ketchup.

This is now the second time I’ve bought a salad from this location and it being expired! No manager is ever available to rectify the situation. The dressing was thick and clumpy and the salad while green was very wilted! Every time I call to speak to a manager the crew is very rude! I’d give no stars but I had to give one to even make the review! 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend at all!
