gas prices are sometimes a little more than other stations in the area, but the staff is incredibly nice and helpful here, so it's worth it. They always have a great selection of snacks and drinks, and everything is always well stocked

Y'all silly! Claiming racism and getting upset because they swipe your card cause is faster and more efficient or because you went in there plenty of times and one time you go in have a bad encounter with an employee and want to blast them on that one bad experience. Not bagging ok I can understand that one. And why are you walking into a gas station with a water bottle? Why not just leave it in the car? Y'all be so eager to post negative things sometimes. I would understand if it was a constant problem you're having at the same establishment over and over again. It takes more effort to post negative things than it is to just stop going. What, are you guys really trying to warn or stop people from going places. Let us find out ourselves and have our own bad experiences. Don't take that joy from us. Not everyone has a great day everyday. You know what I do when I go to a restaurant with my wife and kids and I have a terrible experience with either the staff, environment, food, price or the experience... I don't go back. I've had no problem there except one time when they wouldn't accept my expired license even though I'm clearly of age to purchase items that require one. I told the guy thanks I thought it expired next year (that was my tags) went to a different gas station where they gave me what I wanted then went 30 seconds away to the BMV to renew. Everyone has been friendly and greeted me damn near every time I've walked in. Y'all got a lifer in me... Even if I do catch one of y'all on a bad day. ??

Went in for donuts at 430 am before work. 2 cashiers working. I approached the guy on the left (who just happened to be a white young guy) and the girl on the right made a comment ( you don't want to come to me?) WTH was that about? She is new, I've never seen her before. But really? 2 cashiers at 430 am and I just wanted to buy a bag of donuts and I'm faced with racism from a new hire black woman. This is ridiculous. Your company needs to better screen its hirees. I won't be back. My money spends just as good elsewhere.

I am very thankful to entire team… I love to stop here..I dropped my wallet accidentally but they call me as there was my number in wallet… I get back my wallet and all important documents ..what a humanity and kind heart.. really thankful ?

I wouldn't let the poor reviews of older and set in their way patrons stear you away from this gas station. The staff is professional and friendly. I use this gas station sometimes twice a day for snacks and gas. The only thing I feel they are missing is more hot food. They offer free air for your tires if you ask and every cashier is willing to give you a few minutes of small talk. Open 24 hrs in the middle of the neighborhood its really a great location. My only complaint is that the manager seems to not smile or enjoy being there. She is also pretty nice though.

Please let me know, how I live down the street from here, come in everyday or every other da a week, get the same thing (Newport 100, gas and swisher), get asked for my ID each time even though I've seen the same ppl over and over again, but when I forget my ID (twice), i can't get it my stuff? BUT! then you got the ppl in front of me with NO ID and said outloud or just never asked to show a ID get their stuff? I've now watched a dude that looks MAYBE 23 walk out with case of beer while everyone's laughing and giggling, but my one swisher, evem though I was outside smoking a cig,.couldn't it.. What's with the favoritism?

The staff is usually very polite, until this morning when the young girl was doing that fast talking that they do nowadays and she refused to bag my purchases, rudely letting me know that there was a pile of bags on the counter if I wanted to bag my own!Why are these people getting so lazy? Their JOB is to bag items for the customers!Let’s change this nonsense NOW! So RUDE!!

The staff is super friendly and the store is beautiful. I work at a gas station (not shell) and this location was immaculate compared to the others I've seen.

To any friends that ride this specific shell just got the new v power nitro + fuel option it makes a genuinely noticeable pop in performance. Reduces 60 percent of gunk on pistons after a few high rpm runs lowering their gross weight from 1100ish grams down to under 5 grams. It's not 105 octane racing fuel but it also doesn't require and hour drive or the purchase of a 54 gallon barrel at 9 bucks a g

Say they have to swipe my ID . They can read my ID to find out my age! I will never shop at your store just so you can get my dated and sell it. If you can't look at my ID and do math that your problem. Worthless gas station . Don't shop at this store!

I've gone here multiple times over the 5 years of living here. never had any issues up until they hired that older big lady that is usually working late at night. Every time I have encountered her she is extremely and blatantly rude to me. In my most recent experience I came to the register and greeted her nicely saying hello as one does and she paused, scoffed, then proceeded to roll her eyes at me before saying hi as if it took every last breath for her to say it to me. That same night I came in with my water bottle walked through the entire store with it and even came to the register with it and she didn't say anything about it until I was halfway out the door, if it was really an issue she should have addressed it when I came in instead of trying to make a scene about it. You shouldn't work a customer service job if you are inadequate.
