Bought a pair of work shoes wore them for 3 hrs and they started to fall apart on the inside soles! Took them back, very rude customer service! Was trying to ask questions and they wouldn't answer me about anything! Will not go back to this location!

Really disappointed that your alrready small womens wide width section got even more limited when I went to buy today. Sadly I left with nothing! Sketchers has been my go to but I'll have to find somewhere else now. Two other customers also asked where the WW section was while I was there so obviously there is a demand

I came in the Skechers Store on Howe Road to exchange shoes, received excellent customer service from associate, Makaila and tje assistant manager, Cladia. They are an asset to the Company.

Decided to try Sketchers slip-on shoes and found a style I liked but the store did not have my size. Associate # 123466 searched nearby stores and when my size was not available locally she created a special order for these shoes to be delivered to my home! Fantastic customer service from this associate-I will be shopping at this store again!

I was out for lunch with a friend and decided afterward to stop and see what they had in stock because Skechers is my favorite shoe brand. I was not disappointed. I walked out with 2 new pairs and 1 on order because they didn't have my size in stock. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Curbside is a joke! I sat in my vehicle for over ten minutes just to have to go inside and find out no one was even working on bring my order out. This place is a joke.
