I went in with low expectations given their track record. But woah my expectations were blown away, I've never had someone be so unhelpful in a retail setting ever. I went in to get mobile service 2 new lines.The lady wasn't listening to me I told her I'd like 2 lines and she kept saying wait you want to 3 lines right?She was done in 10 minutes, then I said I needed to get my number for my old account. I had the transfer pin but she said "oh yeah, well we close at 8 so" it was 6:32pm. I used to work retail and mobile phones, legit blew my mind.

Will I was told in store that my bill was paid off on September 16 than I call today they told me I own 148 out of no where I would recommend go with someone else

The staff here has improved a lot over last year! I mean seriously! The customer service staff is super friendly, ready to help you with your issue. No matter who you get, they are ready to help. I also want to point out that Austin also deserves a promotion. His customer service is top notch, and consistent from customer to customer regardless of the situation. I have been coming here for the last two years and noticed the difference and hard work. Good work everyone for putting up with us!

Would like to say it is a bit expensive. I wish they had discount for seniors and disabled persons. Especially since we are on a limited income.

Horrible customer serving the man kept interrupting me every chance he got they said my Internet got disconnected and I had to call to get help and I didn't even have service set up with them yet I was only there to pick equipment up he refused to listen and essentially told us we couldn't get our equipment horrible short bald man with a beard avoid this rep

I had the pleasure of working with specialist, Austin A., for help with my SIM card. The SIM took longer than expected with my old phone but nevertheless, he was friendly, patient and pleasant to talk with. Keep up the good work, Austin!

We recently visited this location for help in switching our phone service. Alex was our service representative. This was hands down the friendliest experience I have had in years. He was very helpful in getting our phones squared away and we left the store feeling grateful that he was working that day.

Overall spectrum is really not Organized. But one of the Reps named Alex is just the best. He deserves a raise in his salary. He is super professional and friendly.

Our internet hasn’t worked for over a month. We have a business on the property and no one’s been able to help us. We’ve spent so much money just getting people out here to “fix” our internet, and nothings changed. I can’t get ahold of anyone who’s willing to help in customer service, and the spectrum store near me told me they have to charge me 60$ for them to call the customer service line for me, while I was sitting there in the store. Needless to say spectrum is full of a bunch of mindless fools who don’t know what they’re doing. Extremely unhelpful.

Returning my equipment was a breeze! The store is clean, well-lit, open, with some seating available while waiting. Waited less than 10 minutes after signing in and the customer service was awesome! He even accepted an extra piece of equipment to recycle for me. I've been a Spectrum (formerly Time Warner) customer for 20 yrs and highly recommend!

I have yet to go into this store without being hit with more problems. The worst thing is that they can't solve any of them in store, so I sacrifice my reservation all to be ushered out of the building as quickly as possible.I just want to activate a phone and put my stuff into the phone. Why do I need to go through all these loopholes if I can't get them done in the store?

Waited here for 20 min before was able to check in bc their check in was just a small sign in front with several people standing in front.Only 3 employees in the store. Came in with plenty of time to make it to work but was a half hour late and all I was doing was picking up equipment. Took forever for employees to help. If you need help, go to a different location! This one is slow and not great service!

Sales person came by my house peddling spectrum. Straight up lied to our face. Said they offered fiber in our area, but they do not. We have fiber with ATT. Then they said the service would be 15 a month for fiber just to get a sale. Whatever er you do ignore these door to door sales people. They just lie to your face to make sales with no care how it affects the customer.

lady at the store told me the phone would be to me within 2 days to get me to order it then after i paid the fed ex tracking said it would be 5. I called to cancel the order. The guy on the phone told me that it the package would have to be intercepted before i could get my money back and that there is a 50 dollar processing fee. if i had any other options for home internet they would be losing me as a customer

I dealt with a specialist by the name of Kerry. He was so nice and very patient with me. I had to change the name on my account. I would recommend getting an appointment, if possible. Excellent service .
