I asked about Apple gift cards and an employee came out to show me where they were. There weren’t any in the roundabout so she said they had cards by the door and walked over and grabbed a stack and tossed one to the cashier and said she would put some on the roundabout. I never was handed the card and the cashier asked how much I wanted on it and I told her. She rang it up put the receipt on top and handed it to me. I left and went home. I get home and find that they sold me an Applebee’s card not an Apple gift card and I called them back and the manager tells me that they won’t exchange the card even though their employee’s (2) because I was telling the cashier that I was buying it for my grandnieces birthday, for her game console. Very poor service from the top down in my opinion. And I agree with everyone about the place being very dirty. Full trash cans by the front door and sticky floors. I wasn’t happy about being stuck with a $35 Applebees gift card. I never eat there.

7-Eleven has sabotaged Speedway since they purchased, removed self checkout, and cut hours to leave employees working alone. Running register, lottery, making food, stocking, doing DoorDash orders. This company really goofed losing a great, loyal manager like Angie. When will corporate America learn to take care of its workers? Retaining good employees with livable wages only increases your profits. But evidently, according to NYT, 7-Eleven is gearing up to sell Speedway to Circle K now. Can anyone say Monopoly? Don’t take your frustrations out on Speedy workers, instead, tell corporate to fix the mess they’ve created!

Angie held this place together. In the week or so that the two main employees have been gone, the store has spiraled to the point where I may no longer be willing to go out of my way to stop there in the morning. I just walked by an overflowing garbage can right outside of the door to find two employees behind the registers without any customers present. They were down to one remaining styrofoam super big gulp cup. When Angie was there, every spot was full with both plastic and styrofoam cups, and that garbage was never out of control.
*UPDATE * I just walked in the store and turned around and walked out for the second time this week because of a giant line that just is not worth it forgetting my daily caffeine. I used to use the self-checkout to avoid this situation, but it has been removed for good. If that's a chain-wide decision, that's a mistake. If it is specific to this location, that is a huge mistake. This place has really gone downhill, and it was my go to spot. Thanks in advance for giving me incentive to just make my own caffeine at home and save a lot of money.

Ever since the owner Angie and her original crew left (for understandable reasons) this location has been terrible. Me and my mother used to come here on the regular for 3 years, now we avoid it like the plague. New staff don't care, don't have any etiquette and can't keep things clean, the soda fountain area smelled atrocious for almost 2 weeks, the floor is always sticky and trash cans are overflowing outside, it's not very flattering seeing some dudes crack every time he's behind the counter.

Lady working counter very rude All the good ones are gone that used to work there I've been going there for years a lady tonight was very rude she shouldn't even be working very bad customer service tonight won't be going back there

The store manager Asia is very rude, she swore at me as I left the store because I didn't want to purchase some drinks when they couldn't sell me the other products I wanted. Serious lack of customer service skills at this location. Won't be shopping here any further.

When we went to this Speedway, almost all pumps were out of order and the one we went to didn’t accept card at the pump. This would’ve been fine, but when we went in the worker present first didn’t send the order to the correct pump, then was reluctant to come outside to assist us at the pump. When he couldn’t figure it out either he said he must have sent it to the wrong pump and went back inside. He couldn’t explain anything to us and we left without gas to go to another nearby station. Not sure if this was just the situation for today or if it’s always like this, but I wanted to put this out there.

Rude employees. Anyone who reads this should spend the extra money on better quality fuel and a cleaner gas station like shell. Speedway is not top tier fuel.

I usually never go inside because it's so congested. But all the times I have the staff is very very friendly and polite every time.

Ok. Just your average gas station. Some of the staff are nice while others are rude... kinda like they forgot they work customer service jobs.

What a way to start my morning- I walked in to get my stuff as I usually do, and as I was about to leave, I told the store manager “have a great day, Angie” and I was met with “stop talking to me. Just Get your stuff and go.”I’m in tears and this interaction was absolutely AWFUL.

Well a year ago I started going to speedway . The staff was awesome and treated you very nice . Well over the past year things have changed. The manager is rude as can be slam your drinks down on the counter, talks very rude to people , will worry more about a door dash order than customers standing in line. Talks about customer while they are standing in line, where other customers can hear her. Gives people a hard time about using there rewards. Will not let people cash in lottery if it is more than $30. Does not make sure there is enough roller grill items or pizza and wings in cases and acts like it an bother if you ask her for something. The only good thing is that the assistant manager Stacie take care of things and trys to apologize.

☆☆ HAS A PUBLIC RESTROOM! ☆☆• Restrooms are a single toilet and sink restrooms but at least they had a public restroom and it was clean!• Staff was super friendly this evening.• Snack selection looked decent and the store appeared clean.
