  Shannon is absolutely amazing! The haircut was great, she did exactly what I was asking for! To add to the experience the atmosphere was a vibe and made me feel like I was at home. Seriously best haircut service I've had.

  I can't say enough about Shannon's salon. I've been going to her for a very long time. I keep going back because she's amazing. She knows my hair and knows exactly what to do with it. She gives me a look that makes this 65yr old feel young again. I highly recommend this salon it won't disappoint 🙌

  Shannon saved my life today !! I haven't gotten my hair professionally done in a year because I'm never happy with how it turns out color or cut wise. I home dyed my hair last evening spur of the moment. Woke up and looked in the mirror and realized wow it's horrible. Yellow, dark spots, splotchy, the whole 9 yards . I called studio eleven and Shannon called me back immediately asking for pics of my hair now and also what I wanted to achieve on a Sunday of all days too.
  She took her time , got every piece colored, and actually exceeded my color expectations by far . She also cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, bangs and all and slowly made sure throughout the process Iiked what she did .
  Fun woman, beautiful salon, and amazing hair experience. 10 out of 10 recommend .

  Absolutely amazing service! I tried to cut my own hair the day before and failed miserably. I called the salon when they opened and Shannon came in on her day off to help me. I’m in love with the new haircut too, and she and the other stylists were extremely friendly and professional! :)

  10000/10, best salon experience I've ever had, I got my roots retouched and my hair trimmed and it's never looked better!! I asked for an 80s type mullet, and it looks incredible. Definitely recommending to others<3

  OMG this place is wonderful!! I have spent years looking for just the right person who listens to me about the vision I have for my hair, and sitting in the chair bouncing ideas off of. I have finally found that person. Shannon is so amazing and really gives her all to make sure i am in love with my hair before i leave. And she’s not afraid to tell me when my vision for my hair is unrealistic and explain the steps needed to get me there (going from dark brown, burgundy red to BLONDE is no easy feat!!!!). My absolute mess looked gorgeous in the end!

  My son and I had gone in to get our hair done. The owner /only employee made SEVERAL comments that were “racist” on two different ethnicities. I was even nudged numerous times while getting my hair done and she would then make faces about another woman that she had spoken about prior to her coming in to rent a booth to work out of. It was our FIRST and LAST time going in there! I was sooo uncomfortable and my son was as well! She also did not do my hair as I wanted, she will do what she wants or thinks will work best! As a mom I don’t want my kid thinking that it is ok to treat others anyway than how you would like to be treated regardless of looks or differences! And if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything at all! I would not recommend this salon!

  Shannon cut my hair, also my son's. Such a great place to go. Talked a little high school. I walked in feeling like a shaggy dog but Shannon made me and my hair feel amazing before leaving! She even gave me eyebrows for the day! Thank you Shannon!
