Without a doubt the worst taco bell location I have ever been to. My chalupa shell was so overcooked and hard it was inedible. I asked for a new one and they responded by giving me a barely cooked shell with enough filling for 5 Chalupas. It was absolutely disgusting. All of the.food was sloppily put together, obviously without care. If this was the first time I had ever eaten at Taco Bell I would never eat there again.

I am a delivery person I do not recommend the food or the service they were rude and left me just standing there and said drive thru comes first and there where no cars there at the time. Someone needs to check this place out like the health department always nasty in there before someone gets sick from the filth.Parking: Plenty of parking

Always messes up the order, and then whoever has to remake and fix always has an attitude. Drive thru takes forever on top of that. The people at the window are always so cold, no proper customer service experience in sight to be seen.

****UPDATE-I found out that the manager who was yelling at me, was the general manager. He definitely need some training because no GM should be acting like that…yelling and implying I’m a liar. Shame on him and this TB for keeping him on staff! I’m sure that wasn’t the first time.The worse customer service from the manager today. I got my food, came home and they were missing my cheesy Gordita. I came back up and yes I had an attitude because I had to return. Then manager had a bad attitude and asked if I ate the food I returned. He went to make my food with an attitude. The girl gave me my food and I told her thank you. Then went to my card and my hard taco was not in there. I went back in more mad and he was yelling at me, telling me the taco was in there. He was implying I was lying and I told him to come out to my car to see. He has no customer service skills, he is rude and have the nerve to not take any blame. I will never go back to this Taco Bell because he is rude as well as incompetent.

I had ordered ahead of time to pick it up in the taco bell and there was someone clipping their nails, the atmosphere was just disgusting. They gave us a bag full of 4 nachos as well, which was weird.

When Angelo was actively managing this place it was great. Now the employees are rude and dirty looking. Employees are loud and curse.

I have 5 stars for service despite them being slow; they have limited employees, but they busted their butts to get our food out quick.
