This store has been going downhill for awhile now and it sucks because I come to Target a lot for the book prices. The books are never stocked, they have had 30ish boxes full of books back by the book/electronics sections for weeks. And it's nearly impossible to find anyone to help you locate the books in said boxes. I had an employee tell me that they know they have the books they just don't want to spend the time to look for it for me basically....

Incredibly disappointed in this target. Not only was it completely disorganized and chaotic, the employees have no clue what they are doing. My daughter needed a new water bottle for school so we went here for her to pick from the dismal selection which was randomly strewn about the store. After deciding on one we proceeded to checkout where we were told we could not purchase that specific item until 12/28 (which was the next day)….. we ultimately left empty handed after the poor customer service as it was quite obvious no amount of sensibility would be found there. Go somewhere else.

First, I never ever shop there because of other problems I had with you guys over returns. I only give 1 chance for a bad experience and I was forced into the second.
I ordered online a book on the universe, but they sent me tmnt coloring book because someone in the warehouse can't read.
I called 2 different stores to ask if I could return it to the store, and both girls said yes no problem.
I go to the store to find out it's not returnable to the store, and I have to send it back. I refused, and after telling them about my calls they gave me a partial refund of $19.00. I had to call corporate to see IF they would give the rest of the money.
Yes but only on a target e card for 6 bucks. I don't shop there why would I want a card from there?
NEVER EVER FOR ANYTHING WILL I SHOP AT YOUR STORE AGAIN

The trashiest & most unorganized Target I’ve ever been to. This store is absolutely filthy. You’d expect better due to their price tag.

My family and I were followed the whole time in the store by what I believe was a mystery shopper. I was so uncomfortable. Most likely won't go back there.
