Contractors have to park a mile away, they claim It's for safety but there's a bunch of contractors now in the middle of the Parking lot trying to load their trucks because they took the contractor parking away so they can use it to put railroad ties and shopping carts. These are educated people making these very stupid decisions. They didn't even widen the spots for contractors with big vehicles so they could park and load their trucks. They have to park in narrow spots hitting each other's vehicles as they're getting in and out. It's more important to make it easier for their workers than to try to cater to contractors.

Store is well stocked and tidy. Alex (manager) was very friendly, helpful and courteous! We witnessed a rude customer being difficult with him and his patience and calm attitude were commendable!

I would definitely not recommend this Home Depot! On November 13, 2022 I went in and placed an order for a washer and dryer, the girl that waited on me was ok, when I got home I looked at the order that I placed and i noticed she charged me for 2 washers and a dryer, I only needed one washer and one dryer! I called the store and they said I had to come back in to get it fixed, which I did. When I got to the store I found the girl who had waited on me and explained that she charged me for 2 washers instead of one, she’s like yep I see that, she is not with any customers but tells me she will be with me in a few and proceeds to go ask other customers if they need help!! Really!! I waited for like 5 minutes and finally a young gentleman comes over and asks how he can help me, I explain the situation and he proceeds to help me, he cancels one of the washers and gives me a receipt showing pending cancellation, you would think that all is good!! Nope, they are still charging me for 2 washers and a dryer! I went back to the store yesterday 12/11/2022 and explained the situation, they tell me I have to call the warehouse to get it taken off my bill, I call the warehouse today 12/12/2022 and they do show that I only received ONE WASHER AND ONE DRYER then they proceed to tell me that the store is supposed to fix it, I explained again that the store says the warehouse is to fix it!! So I call customer service about my bill & they inform me that they can’t see any of this on their end but they will file a dispute on my behalf, really! So now I have to jump through hoops to get this off my account!! I am so upset about this!!

VERY FRUSTRATED WITH HOME DEPOT!!! Ordered a vanity top and when we received it at the store and took it home and it had a huge crack in it, so I returned it to the store and they were suppose to send another one but guess what??? It never came! Meanwhile my bathroom isn't finished because I'm waiting on a vanity top that I paid for and no one has any idea on what's going on with it. Give me all my money back. My contractor told me to Never order anything from Home Depot, always Order from Menards. You best believe I will from now on.... Called the spot where the vanity top is coming from and spoke with no one, communicated with the online chat that is telling me someone will get back to me in 24 hours and no one ever got back to me.... Never again! Corporate here I come!!!

Julie in appliances is the VERY best and caring sales associate. After my 23 trips to Home Depot, videos, pictures, deliveries and disappointments she did it! Her hugs were my rewards! Nothing gets her down when she knows what is right fighting 100% to win for her customers. I spoke with her manager Vito and he said they couldn't do without her. After beimg around her I can see why.

I ordered a refrigerator online. It was the worst experience I have ever had from beginning to end. the first time I ordered was cancelled on line the same day I ordered it without my knowledge. Then I reordered the same refrigerator and the price for the same refrigerator was considerably higher. I spent several days getting this problem solved. Finally I was told the refrigerator would be sent on the twentieth of January. I had all of the content's of my old refrigerator ready to go into the new refrigerator. After waiting until noon I called and they said the ordered was cancelled again. Now I have to wait until the 27th for my refrigerator to be delivered. I will never order on line again from Home Depot.

First time renter - made a reservation online and picked up the tools for a 4-hr rental. Staff checking me out was not knowledgeable (did not recognize the word “aerator”) and did not inform me of any of the policies or procedures, but did make sure to charge me $18 for damage protection. $128 for two tools for 4 hours.Only upon return was I informed that I should clean the tools or a fee would be assessed. At that point, I didn’t have the time or requisite assistance to that. So an additional $125 was charged.Unfriendly, unprofessional, and poor service! Don’t make mistake, go local (right next door!)

Customer service is repeatedly so bad that you're better off heading to a different location. I don't often need assistance, but the associates are either actively avoiding you or if they HAVE to talk to you, treat with actual disdain. If you want to be actively hated by 22 year olds that don't know what they're doing, this is the place to go.

They were to deliver between 12 and three. I took the afternoon off without pay. We had to call them to find out the status. I'm still sitting here waiting. And it is now 7 20 pm. They have still not shown up

Manager Lester was fabulous. He assisted us getting an electric start self propelled lawn mower for my mom who is pushing 79 - he was a big help and his team was great! I highly recommend this store and the team!

I love shopping at Home Depot but their delivery sucks big time. I had a toilet delivered left on the front porch that was fine, but the box was a mess the corner was crushed and the toilet was broken, shattered into pieces. So we had to lug the toilet back to the store and get a new one.(Employees were very helpful) The reason you have things delivered is for convenience. This was very inconvenient! Then we had a bathtub, shower door and tub surround delivered. We were told it would be delivered to the first DRY AREA! we have a big front porch, where did they leave it IN THE DRIVEWAY!! and it was starting to sprinkle, when my husband asked if they could put it on the porch they just smiled and waved!! how dry was that!!? I don't think I will ever order something to be delivered again!! It was a very stressful and the dates kept changing. HOME DEPOT FIX YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE!!
