Horrible service. Never open or close per their advertised hours. Not friendly and don't understand how UPS allows this to continue to happen. Always opening late and closing early. The tone of the reply says it all

I don’t know what type of fees and associated fees you guys charge concerning when somebody want to print a label that should not be $2.81 that is too much to print and a piece of paper or when I ask why is that they say ask access email fee what the hell?

Don't trust them with your amazon returns. This store is incompetent. Multiple times they have failed to scan or return my amazon returns- leading to me being re-charged for the item from amazon. Today, it happened again from an item that was returned on 12/2. My CC was charged bc amazon did not have the return. I called amazon- and they could see that the item was scanned by UPS store- but never sent back. This is not a one-off. Are they stealing amazon returns at this place?

I just sent off packages for my grandchildren in Texas and had the nicest Sales Associate help me. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I arrived there yesterday and found the staff on duty was very nice, friendly and helpful.
Capri in particular was very good and cheerful.
She was just as helpful as she could be.
Kudos to Capri and the other staff.

I had a great experience at The UPS Store! Every employee I interacted with was incredibly helpful and made the process smooth and easy. They went above and beyond to answer my questions, assist with my printing needs. The customer service was top-notch, and I was in and out quicker than expected. I highly recommend this location for anyone printing, or any other services they offer. It's clear the staff takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about helping their customers!
