Usually I love my Amazon returns through this store, however this time, I brought my item back in its box, but because it had a flap that was a little loose, I was told I needed to pay a dollar to have it taped shut...?????? So I thought that was tacky for sure. :)

Today I visited the UPS store cuz I had to fax some papers I walked into the store and was greeted automatically by Camryn and Chad the experience I had today was great they both were very helpful very polite very professional and they seem to care about their customers which you don't see that everyday they were helpful in letting me know the pricing and the details of the purchases I will definitely go back to the UPS Store on State Road in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio because I love and like the personalities of Camryn and Chad they are two outgoing employees I have ever seen in a customer service facility I would recommend going to them. Overall great experience and visit.

Anytime I've gone to my local UPS they have taken care of all of my UPS shipping needs. They have been polite and even offered services that help my business run smoothly.

Phenomenal customer service at this location! My husband and I had to ship a few items and we were greeted by Chad; he was amazing! Helping us with box sizing and providing helpful information for all of our shipping needs. I will continue to use this location because of Chad. UPS is lucky to have him.

I had a few Amazon returns today. I found out one was to Whole Foods. Todd was so helpful and showed me how I could change it to return to UPS. Todd walked me thru it on my phone. Awesome that he took extra time to help me!

I went into this location to return an Amazon product and was told that due to a new UPS policy, because the product is in it's original box, I would need to purchase a box from their store or find another box to put it in. She then told me I would be charged $64 + $17 to create a custom box equaling $81.00. $81.00 for 2 pieces of cardboard. The product I was returning was only worth $44.00. This is outrageous and a total scam. I also did not have an option from Amazon to return it to Kohl's or I would have. UPS was my only option. I would give 1 star, but I am giving 3 because every other time I have went in to this location I have had no issues. **UPDATE** I went to the Stow UPS and they took the package no questions asked. I will go to this location from now on.

The working manger Chad was such a help! I had a Amazon return and Amazon was giving me issues with the return and Chad took time out of his work day to personally talk and handle the situation for me. I couldn't ask for better costumer service. Everyone was so kind and understanding. I really appreciated all the help. Thank you again Chad !

The employees are amazing and sweet this writing is because of the actual owner. If you do not package your own item or if you need a label printed do not go to this one go to any other one other than this one and the Talmage UPS. The owner charges you a dollar to email them the label, also to print out the label. Most other UPS says it’s free. So if you don’t want to be charged unnecessary money, just because you don’t have a printer do not go to this one go to a different one.

Great service!I tried to get my fingerprinting (sterling kiosk) done at the Stow location and it was terrible service, they said I had damaged fingers and would have to do an ink packet so I decided to try a different location. I’m very thankful I chose this location, Taylor helped me get my finger prints to be eligible with various tactics that she knew and they came out perfect!! Huge shout out to Taylor thank you for being so awesome, you’re very appreciated!!:)
