This is my favorite shop and I can't go anywhere else. The workers here, you can't find others like them anywhere else. They know their job, they know their stuff, and they put their heart into it. Everytime someone asks me about vape shops I try to point everyone in the direction of urban konnection. I will always refer people here.
Now, This store hasn't had much deliveries in Several Months, Stock is low, and running nearly depleted and It breaks my heart thinking I may be losing this store. It's like losing a long time friend. Hopefully that's not the case. I don't know where to begin looking for a new vape shop nearby me.

my husband went to grab me a disposable vape a few months ago and used our card, they charged us twice and after that we got hacked. Pretty sure somehow they stole our card information. If I could give 0 stars I would

I walked in, and almost instantly walked back out! Half of the shelves are bare, hardly no glassware, none if you're looking for other than weed paraphernalia. Didn't have any of the higher rated disposable vapes, mostly 5k and 6k puff, none of the 20k to 25k puff. The guy working was really nice, pretty sure he was the owner, said he has newer products on order, just waiting on the deliveries to arrive. It's a tough location to find on State Rd in Cuyahoga Falls.

*Do Not Shop Here*Was once the best shop in town and now I won't shop there. The last 3 times I was there it was one thing or another about devices or juice or coils. So I bought disposables and when they wouldn't charge I called to tell them that and was told "Sorry there's nothing I can do when they leave the store." I said then you should check to make sure they charge before people leave and was told " That's a good idea." The service has gone downhill since the owner stopped being there and the employee don't care about return customers.

Sold me the wrong coils for a Argus had to wait a couple days for a exchange. Only exchanged 1 coil instead of 3 so I lost out on 10$

UK is a great smoke/vape shop…. JB is very knowledgeable with everything I had questions about my new Legend 2 vape… highly recommend this place!!
