I gave five stars a year ago and till yesterday I think I choose the right bank but I was wrong, not happy with how they treat the customers in need. So rude and non helping people are working on the us bank.

Absolutely unbelievable open my account to a negative $268 balance I proceed to call in they tell me it's for 2 charges that are set up on ACH they pay the bill and then charge me $36 per transaction They will not work with you they talk down to you and do not care about servicing their customers specifically the branch on Bailey road I said if there's no money in the account the church should be declined she proceeds to tell me there's no way to monitor that I deal with customers and credit and debit cards on a daily basis if there's no money in the account the card gets declined but US Bank says they don't do that absolute worst customer service bank

I have had this bank for 7+ years and it's been amazing. They have helped me through loans and much more. Sounds like the bad reviews are people who are mad they can't manage their money, not the banks fault!
