The entire staff were amazing people, but Znobia saw me first as I walked in with my hot mess and literally not 10 minutes later, I was on my way out the door! The customer service here has always been top notch! A 2.9 rating?? C’mon CFalls… we can do them better than that!!!

If I could give negative I would. I have made at least 9 complaints against my carrier. She is the laziest person. She walks 2 feet away from my mailbox daily and won't look. I have outgoing mail or no mail for days on end. They won't do anything to her for laziness. She makes excuses like I can't see the red flag 😂...it's brand new

Shout out to Lisa and my postal carrier, who intercepted a package for me and delivered it to the proper address. Shopify auto-filled my old address, which I thought I had corrected.

Had the worst experience here ever. I stopped in to see about a piece of mail that wasn’t delivered to my house because of weather…well it’s missing. So I stopped in to see if it had been retained at the post office. The person at the front desk told me she wouldn’t even go back and lock for it because she “knows” for sure it’s not back there. That mail gets lost sometimes. Thanks for literally nothing. How rude and disrespectful

I’ve never had so many issues with a post office scanning items in, which has caused me to lose money from my small business. I’ve talked to a manager multiple times, leave notes, and they still refuse to scan any pick up in.

By far the worse experience I ever had at this post office and they should be ashamed of themselves. The older lady everyone is talking about who is really nasty NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND I WILL FIND HER NAME AND REPORT HER! I won’t go into detail but they truly screwed me up big time.

Worst people skills I have ever seen you had some rude old lady toss a box at us and yells “your welcome” afterwards and is talking to us like we are underage and stupid. I’m 26 years old talk to me like an adult. She was loud and very rude to us and we will never be back. If that’s how you train your people to talk to customers and handle any situation then I will take my business elsewhere. That old woman had to people skills and had a a terrible attitude my question is would I be treated to same if I saw her outside of the post office? I bet you I wouldnt racist old lady

Great post office, very large space. The employees were nice and helpful. And they have decorations up of CLE sports, military branches, and other various things. I have never seen another post office have decorations, made it feel more inviting than most other post offices

I tried to ship an international package on a Saturday morning when they were open. However, I was told to go elsewhere. I understand if they’re understaffed, but that’s not my problem. If you’re open, I should be able to ship a package.
