I had a problem with my insurance for my prescriptions today. It turned out that it was not Walgreens fault, but my insurance companies when they transposed our information. The pharmacist Lena went above and beyond in making her own calls to my insurance company to get it corrected on the insurance end while letting them know, it wasn’t on Walgreens’s end to begin with. Thank you Lena for your Friendliness, Professionalism and Accuracy in going above and beyond to get this corrected. We appreciate you!!

I had a great experience at this location. Both the pharmacy tech and the pharmacists went extra mile to make sure we found a way to get an expensive medication covered at no cost. Really appreciate their efforts working on it for probably 20 mins.

The pharmacists there pass their own personal opinions on their customers. It’s extremely rude, very unprofessional and leaves the customer feeling very uncomfortable and violated. In other words… THEY SUCK!!!

I will never use this Walgreens ever again I have transferred everything of mine a half hour away from this location. They could have cost me my life and or thousands of dollars in medical bills. Had my HIV meds being filled here never have been lied to so much in my life then by this pharmacy called was told by four different people of meds are here being worked on you will have them today low and behold no update so I stop by while out shopping and had never been disrespected and insulted and made to feel less then human by the tech that help me. Tech didn’t full understand the severity of them lieing to me about my meds but then proceeded to question me about the cost of my meds and I had to harshly explain to him that I was aware and I had insurance on file that now covers the full cost and he just didn’t care at all. After said and done and peanut gallery inputs I found out that I had to drive to another Walgreens to get my meds filled and I’m glad they were the biggest help at the other location. Will be issuing a letting of intent to sue by the end of the week.

Always very helpful and kind! They've even been going out of the way...above and beyond, to help me get my very young daughters medicine flavored properly (she's 5, & has to take the med every 4hrs, so this is a huge help!), which is so kind and thoughtful in a situation like my daughters! Highly recommend this pharmacy, they are always professional, kind and more than helpful!!

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve been to in a while. My prescriptions were ready, show up, only one is ready, tells me I have to wait 15 min even though the one that’s not ready is just a bottle of pre packed soap. I’m just confused where the speediness went and honestly the customer service. It’s awful. The new guy that works there is awful and the other ladies are so slow. Lines everytime I go and never get in and out in a timely manner. Switching my pharmacy after this.

Worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with and dangerous. More than 4 times I called in refills and have gotten texts saying they're ready for pick up. When I got there they weren't even filled. I complained to the manager and he had the Pharmacy Manager contact me. She assured me it wouldn't happen again because she was going to put all my medications on automatic refill. That was never done. I called in my 81mg Aspirin refill 5 days ago. They keep telling me they're filling it. This Pharmacy is a joke and the Managers of this store need replaced. I have transferred all my medications to a mail Pharmacy. They are incompetent and unable to be trusted with people's health.

Did you know you can drop off FedEx returns at this location? I just discovered this recently, and I’m thrilled! It saves me a trip to the FedEx store over on Exchange in Akron.

Always a great experience. Staff greets you as you walk in always asking if you need help finding something. Very clean store alot of neat stuff. Some items little bit pricey but I love the Ravenna Walgreens. I go in sometimes just to browse and be in there for a hour

This is directed to the pharmacy. DO NOT USE. They. Pick and choose who they take care of first second and if your waiting and in store and they don't like you LAST then they try and blame you and say there SHORT STAFFED....not our fault....they will VOID YOUR MEDS IF YOU.ASK FOR A TRANSFER AND TALK DOWN TO YOU AS IF YOUR NOTHING these young new inexperienced pharmacist have another thing coming people will leave and complain somebody will do something eventually...I'm just trying to save you from a hard time.getting meds. GO.ELSA. WHERE PLEASE
