We have banked at Westfield in Cuyahoga Falls ever since it changed from Valley Savings. The employees are very friendly & helpful. We have never had any problems.

Used to love this bank but the service level has dropped to basically zero. Website is frequently down (spinning wheel on logon attempt), chat support doesn't work well and calling the branch has become impossible. It's like they want your deposit but not you. If you want app-only banking I think this would work for you.
