Kirk is amazing to work with. Another home company promised a home in 4 to 6 weeks. At week 4 we called for and update and was told it would be 12 weeks. We were on a timeline. I called Kirk and had a home on site 7 days later with a cash sale.

My husband used to work for them. We turned in our w2 for 2021 tax year. We are still waiting on a return because the owner has not verified the income with the irs. He knows about it and said he didn't care and would not do anything about it. Currently working with the irs and a tax advocate to settle this matter! I will edit since I can't reply. The tax advocate and Irs told us the issue already which is the facts stated above. I also have proof of other former employees having this same issue so you should check again. I wrote a review cause after 6 months of trying we are getting your attention and won't stop till you comply. This shows the type of people you are and that you can't be trusted in business.

My mom spent 70,000 for the trailer and got rip off dont not by from this place trim was falling off the new plumbing was leaking and a hack 200 amp wire job i have on records of the owner saying it will be fix it going on 2 months now hasn't herd a word from them they took the money and ran i quess lawyer will have to get in valve.

We have been trying to contact the owner of advantage homes since late August. They have not returned calls or hung up on us. They replaced roofing with different color shingles. Kitchen leaked. We have since had to replace all the plumbing in the kitchen, shower and bathroom sink. The Kitchen was all cut and never replaced. They were supposed to come back out and finish a few trim peices and finish a closet they never finished drywall and painting.

Buyer Beware. I couldn't believe it was the owner delivery such poor customer service! I would have chose to go some place else, but my partner was set on this double wide. Not to mention the runaround we got to 'fix' the issues. Don't waste your time.

Advantage Homes has been a retailer of ours for more than 14 years. The reason I stayed with them that long is because they are very contentious and do care about their sales, service, and customers. They have often times went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy a customer. In fact, if I were purchasing a home in the central Ohio area, I would most definitely use Advantage Homes and Kirk for my personal business as well. He sells primarily used homes and they do have flaws. It's a shame that very few misconceptions about what they were purchasing allows people to bring down his rating.

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!As an understanding person I thought maybe the bad reviews were just people being picky and being dramatic about their experience. From personal experience with dealing with this company I can honestly say that they werent dramatic enough! It has been THREE weeks since they brought our manufactured home in...and we still haven't been able to move in. We have had one problem after another. We were told we bought the home "as is"but we were told that they weren't done with it yet when we saw it last before being moved. When it arrived and we were finally able to see inside we were quite disappointed. The doors that were just put in...none closed or opened right. The sink still had no faucet. The front door had no dead bolt. The kitchen floor was bubbled up...apparently they don't glue down the brand new floor. With some complaints and arguing...they finally fixed all of it. Well here we are into the next week. We FINALLY get our electric on...so we tried out the heat...AND THE BATHROOM FLOOR STARTED COMING UP! Then the icing on the cake...we tried out the water and the bathroom shower was leaking from underneath the home up in the insulation. Contacted them about it...quick to respond which was great...except he wanted people to come in the morning to fix things while nobody was home! At this time we have moved most of our stuff in the house and he expects us to just let people in our home to fix things while nobody is there? When somebody calls a plumber I'm pretty sure they don't just leave their keys under the mat for them to help themselves! The man we bought the home from seemed pretty nice all until we signed the papers...once it was a done deal things got complicated and the nice guy front quickly faded! Sucks that there aren't really any other places around to go to get refurbished manufactured homes but seriously you are better off just NOT buying from this place!

We called ahead and the very polite young lady we talked to invited us to come out and look at the homes. I wanted my husband to see what they looked like inside. When we got there, the guy who came out to talk to us said they only had one new home there, and that they were selling really fast, and he wouldn't let us look at any of the homes, even though we were wearing masks, since we were just looking and not ready to buy yet. He was extremely rude. I would not recommend that anyone shop at this place.

I have visited the lot of Advantage Homes LLC and found the staff very helpful and professional. These pre-owned and refurbished homes seem well-priced and nicely updated. I have referred others to them and the people were happy with product, service and staff.They now offer new manufactured homes too,

They have set over 30 homes for my community. Work is done in a timely manner. Even with all the covid-19 issues this year, they have been there making sure the homes passed inspection with the state and our customers are happy. Will definately use them in the future as we continue to bring in new homes. Thank you to Kirk and crew for all your hard work.

I spoke with this place too, the most unpleasant person (man) to get info from! Condescending as h*ll, like we all should know about how they work! Never would I go there after speaking with them, they've shown what kinda of company they are!
