Only got a 1 because none was not an option we dealt with Morris, he stated no permit required will be built 4-6weeks.
Should have known we were getting scammed when our address was written wrong asked him to correct. Put deposit down, many text phone calls with no response on scheduling. Finally he gave us number to scheduling they had no record of us, he gave us another number to try no record. Here to find out our name was wrong on order. Then we were told they will schedule once get permit.
My husband called Morris no shock no response finally he calls back stating again no permit required at this point we just want our deposit back.
I called left multiple messages and text still no response. At this point I just want to speak to his manager I personally am I manager with sales reps and this is not how business is done. Don't get scammed or lied to like us keep looking

Triston Hutchinson is the man! Went above and beyond not once but multiple times to make sure business was taken care of. Great customer service and got me setup with a great building.

This guy answered his phone called me told me no permits were needed. Put my deposit down then they said I needed permits and the building wouldn't work in my location. Was told I would get my money back and have the texts to prove it. Never did guy won't answer phone send him texts says I'll call you back never does. Don't waste your money this guy is a total scam.

they are the worst customer ever seen. They overcharge me on my tax when I told him that and I said I need a said f... you I would never do business and he says he's a Christian and he speaks in tongues. He must be speaking to Satan because that's not where Christian would act stay far away

Don’t ever use this company they are a waste of time the sales reps don’t tell you everything you need to know about permitting and additional fees after you put your deposit down. Called the owner he is a waste of space as well didn’t care at all poor business practices if your in FL get a building in FL don’t waste your time here.

The country I line in Michigan would not permit the Behrs build. Behrs would not refund my 1200+ deposit . I recommend not to business with them ever.

I am looking forward to the installation of my new building which is arriving soon. But first this would never have happened if it were not for your staff member who sold me on your product. Michele Pyers was so kind, helpful and really know your business and products. Michele was a big help to me, explaining all I needed to know about my purchase. She took a lot of time with me to make sure of my needs and the purpose of my building. We went through every detail of the material, the anchoring, and the construction process. She informed me of who would be calling me and the approximant time frame. This was a big purchase for me, but Michele made it easy. Thank You so much Michele. I would give this company a zero if I could after signing a contract with them for 30 x 30 metal building here in Southern California my husband was informed that they wanted $4000 more he told them absolutely not. It was not in the contract. The building was never received. The $2100 deposit was not returned representative Drew was extremely rude about the whole ordeal. We will be seeking legal consult on this. My husband is a disabled Vietnam veteran. Shame on you American business. Shame on you do not do business with these people.

I reached out to Behr's buildings for quote on a garage project I am putting together. Gentry Stephens responded to my email inquiry asking for details I clearly outlined in my initial request.
He finally got me a 'quote' for a building via text at nearly 10:00pm. This quote was a rudimentary spread sheet with a few line-items and marginally obfuscated pricing.
(In comparison, the other quotes I received included detailed drawings, renderings, and the sales team were delighted to offer features and options)
He reached out the following afternoon and asked if I had any questions. I let him know I did not as I had found a larger comparable building at a competitor for the same price as his "quote".
He responded that he would "delete the quote then" without any discussion or alternatives...
Despite his dismissive response I did inquire further about a secondary project I am working on in a different state (one I told him was not serviced by the other manufacturer) to the first job. I asked for options at a particular budget.
Gentry decided at this time I was no longer worth his "valuable time" and dismissed me as a customer. Declaring I was not a customer only a 'potential customer' as though I do not matter until I have actually purchased a building...
One must ask themselves, with "potential-customer" service like that, how have they managed to secure any "customers" at all?
I have been corresponding with various manufacturers on several on-going projects and this is hands down the worst customer service I have experienced to date.
I will however admit, he was very well-spoken, while incredibly rude and dismissive.
Thank you for valuing your time more than you respect your customers! Made my decision on how to move forward that much easier!
