Had oil change and was told coupon on site was no good plus had them look at ftont end 2 weeks ago told front end was good just need alignment now I went back said needed ball joint and wheel bearing something not right here will not be going back....Had all 4 wheel bearing changed 6 months ago I watched guy just look at front end and touch zero...xray vision...

We brought our truck in for repairs & preventive maintenance. All the work was completed the same day, which is a huge plus for a working family! Pricing seemed fair and the staff was very kind and honest about what work need prioritized and what could maybe wait (and what that time frame was). Will definitely be coming back for future mechanical needs.

I drove out from Wadsworth to dalton wrenchworks to have service done it was definitely worth the nice drive out there. Staff was super friendly, did not treat me any differently being a female coming into the shop. It was my first time going there, i went in early in the morning and Cayden who did my oil change and tire rotation was very fast and efficient ! I highly recommend them and I will be back š„°

Got me in next day as requested, completed a multitude of jobs - A/C, front brakes, oil change, tire rotate, serpentine belt, and a tire pressure sensor all done same day picked up by 4. Called with an update and a quote and didnāt hassle for a fair price. Job well done Iāll trust them with future jobs.

I highly recommend Wrenchworks!!! Great service and friendly people. You canāt beat the price that theyāre offering for their oil changes! 39.99 and that is for full synthetic plus tire rotation! Iāve been paying $100 everywhere else. Thank you for the awesome price and friendly people plus they have snacks! š Please open a store in North Canton or surrounding area!

When they said āfamily businessā they really mean it! Iāve met so many people who are all integrated.
Jim is always ready to help out (and entertain my squirmy kids haha) and itās clear they care about everyone who comes into their shops.
I watch their interactions with everyone and am amazed at the great customer service!
