I went to Dalton Post office today and a gal by the name of Helen took care of me. She was attentive and actually had a smile. She even asked if I had anything else she could help me with. Its nice to have someone there that is polite and acts like she is happy to be there.

There is a new sales & service clerk by the name of Helen. I have already noticed that she is way friendlier than anyone before her and she is actually keeping the customer zones clean and disinfected. Glad to see some positive changes to our Dalton post office.
