Great neighborhood hardware store with friendly staff and a very knowledgeable team. They can answer the toughest questions and provide answers, unlike the big box stores where you're always looking for someone for assistance.

Best plumbing service ever! I had a waterline in my refrigerator's icemaker burst, and Damascus Hardware sent a plumber out the same day to repair it. The plumber put in a more substantial waterline and had the system up and running within an hour. Super nice folks. I highly recommend them.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth checking out.Can be difficult to spot at first due to signage and biz name mismatch. Look for the red “Do it Best” sign up top, the building is at the intersection.Parking is on the west side of building towards Alliance.

Awesome Company! Thank you for taking care of everything at my mom's in Beloit. Chuck was very helpful in getting an appointment scheduled and answering all my questions. He was able to get Jim out there within a day to take care of her water softener issues. They were able to install a new unit and get her all set. Make sure you get and receive full up front pricing before any work is completed. I had Damascus out to work on a system they installed (prior to me purchasing the home) in which a piston went bad in the motor for a softener along with a couple other small items on it. The tech said it would be a $200 - $300 fix, I agreed and then found the bill was $665. So again, make sure you get something in writing on price..
