As a Owner Operator of a single cargo van I didn't know where to start in this industry without a MC. I started out with V3 in the winter and was highly disappointed in the lack of loads I was receiving. I thank Cathy (Recruiting) for being so patient and kind with me. I value good Customer Service and she went the extra mile to make sure I understood the requirements of the job and how best to benefit from it. She was always bent over backwards to be accommodating. Betty in dispatch was just a pleasure to work with. I felt she was always rooting for me on the load board and trying to keep me rolling as much as she could. I wish I knew the name of the calm friendly male dispatcher that looked out for me as well especially when he got me loaded quickly when I came to their warehouse. I thank the entire staff but I had to make a special shout out to these 3! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars to the company is because there were several days that I did not get a load for a day or more. The average was 1 long load over 1,000 miles and then a day or two of waiting. If the company worked on bidding loads 24 hours a day 7 days a week I would kept a van with the company. It was best for me to financially to seek out other companies. For any other Owner Operators just starting out I highly recommend this company.

Very unsafe driver in van 690. Run me plum off the road in a construction zone in NC. Do better and learn to read signs before you are at the lane closure.
