They picked up a cabinet grand for me in Cincinnati (bought it on Facebook marketplace) and brought it up to me in Dayton. All the moving stuff went well, was surprised to see the head of the crew also knew a lot of pianos and was giving us all sorts of after-delivery notes. I’d have expected that level of service if I’d bought from a piano store and had it delivered. Didn’t expect it from movers on their own.

Justin, Greg, and ? just delivered our Jacuzzi. They were great, clean, polite, helpful, careful and efficient. Were only going to be 9 minutes past the window they gave us for delivery (because was super stormy day), but called to let us know.
