Wow, this service is OUTSTANDING! I have had to move upright pianos since I was in my early 20's. Luckily friends with muscles and trucks always helped me move my upright pianos. Sadly with every move something dreadful always happened. Once, a friend pulled their sciatic, scratches to the wood, knicks and parts of the wood casing were knocked off. After I moved to Ohio, I needed a piano and hired 2 Guys and a Truck. I did not have a great experience with them as the piano was treated poorly and again, part of the keyboard housing was damaged. So when I (luckily) found a Weber Grand Piano for sale, I wanted expert movers to handle it. So happy I found A1. This company is beyond 5 stars in excellence. Every aspect of our interactions were wonderful and true to their promises. The piano was moved from a small room in the time frame they said and the piano arrived exactly when they said it would. The fellows brought it in and set it up in 20 minutes!!!!! Never, have I ever had a piano moved in and setup so quickly, without scratches or dings or anything negative occuring. They were very careful and wanted to ensure my placement was exactly as I wanted it. These guys were so friendly, warm and professional, I could not have been more pleased. Thanks to everyone at A1 for making this move happen so quickly. You are the BEST and I will always use and recommend your services to everyone!

Posting this in the hopes it helps someone else looking for a hot tub mover.We bought a one year old hot tub off Facebook (saved a bunch of $$ but the obvious downside is you gotta get it moved).I looked high and low, tried Craigslist and FB. Searched the web but only found movers in Columbus and Cincy and they either said Dayton was out of their service area or wanted $$$ in extra travel money.I found these guys thru somebody’s posted review. I phoned them and was immediately connected with their owner who was able to give me firm quote immediately.These guys have all the special hot tub moving equipment and loads of experience (their worker told us they move for several of the spa stores in town).Total cost was $550 to move a 900 pound hot tub across Dayton and get it into my back yard with no damage. They used an experienced three man crew along with all the special tools necessary (including a spa sled and a full sized hot tub dolly).On time, experienced, professional, reasonably priced, appropriately insured. If you need a hot tub moved in the Dayton area, give these guys a call.

Great professional hot tub movers in Dayton! We bought a used hot tub on Facebook but needed it brought cross town and set up in my backyard. $550 to move a thousand pound tub across town and get it into my back yard. They used an experienced three man crew plus had special hot tub moving equipment (both a sled and a full sized hot tub dolly). The workers told me they do deliveries for some of the hot tub stores in town.On time, polite, professional, reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

The crew surveyed my prep work first to do their plan of attack. This 2-head embroidery machine was to be placed in the basement. They did their professional work and made this job, that I stressed over, look easy. They are my go-to company. God Bless!

Terrible experience. Because other people cancelled their move, the workers were sent home early and my move was now to be rescheduled. Other people's issues are not my problem. Called at 9 to do a drop off prepared for 3, I am at work and technically not allowed to answer my phone. As a result, three people are waiting on a piano that never gets delivered because of their last minute decision. Not professional!

These guys were wonderful. They picked up my Aunts Baby Grand Piano on time in Indiana. She said they were efficient & fast. When they got to my home in South Carolina, they also gave me a heads up window to expect them 24 hrs in advance. They were right on time. Items were wrapped, in good condition, they knew what to do...even suggested the set up in my space and it looked great. Would HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks to all who helped me with my delivery! We needed a piano moved from our basement and it was going to be tricky because of the corners and low ceiling in stairwell. I told them it was a spinet piano and two men came, which they informed me it in fact, wasn't a spinet but a size up from that and heavier.They tried very hard to get it up the stairs and then realized it would be a 3 man job. They came back the next morning and were able to get the job done. I can't say enough about this company's service. I highly recommend them.
