Taking our car here to get repaired cost us so much money that I am now going to teach myself to repair it from now on. A few grand and within the week of getting the car back we’ve needed two more repairs that we are just going to have to fix ourselves.

Ripped off my daughter. Every time they "fix" something on her car, they brake something else. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop.

This was my 3rd time with this location and its been so pleasant I had to leave a review. Quick estimate, clear communication regarding issues and pricing. Andrew went above and beyond making sure everything was addressed. Won't go anywhere else anymore.

Made an appointment for an oil change two days prior , brought my car in and after promising a time for pickup it still wasn't even looked at when i arrived after promised time

I had my car towed to the shop on a Wednesday evening. My serpentine belt broke.
I called on that Thursday and was told that they would get to it on Friday or Monday.
I called on Monday twice and each call was a twenty minute wait.
When I did get through on the phone the same manager that I spoke with on Thursday didn't seem to know what car I was talking about.
I called back in the afternoon and didn't get an answer.
Bottom line poor communication between the customers and the shop.

Andrew is the best! While I was waiting, I overheard his care for other customers. He took the time to explain everything and was so kind to each and every person. He is an amazing employee and should be recognized for this. Also he definitely deserves a raise!

I came here because it was convenient as it was close to my work. Scheduled an oil change for 11am. Long story short, at 3:45pm I showed up and my car was not ready. (I was told it would be done by 12:30pm) There was no communication about a delay. I was lied to and told that my car was not far from being done when I arrived at 3:45pm. I sat in the lobby for 2 HOURS and waited until 5:45pm. And top it off, a friend showed up as a walk-in at 3pm and his car was done before mine. So if you want to be treated like an idiot and sit in a lobby for hours while being lied to about the status of your car, check this place out.

I went in today to check on tires and their was one lady being Served at one counter and the other guy was on phone when the lady left the guy serving her went to the back and the one on the phone kept going back and forth from the office across the reception it's like they didn't want to serve me is it because I'm black or what was really going on there. That kind of behavior is very disrespectful I waited for 15 minutes then went to my car only to see one of the guys at the back on phone.

Professional and Excellent service from booking to rolling out, great explanations and options. Even had a billing issue that they squared away immediately afterwards. 6 stars.

I drove my vehicle to this location, not knowing there was a free tow and diagnostic bundle. I was then charged a diagnostic fee because I drove it in, instead of towing the vehicle. I asked to speak with the manager Bradley because If I knew about the deal I would have just got the car towed in for free with my membership. Now I am being charged $156 because I drove my vehicle to the shop. I have filed a complaint with AAA member services. This is ridiculous. Would not recommend.
