Wish I could leave no stars. Under new management and poorly ran. Derick the new store manager finally got someone out here a month after I reported an issue with the couch. 2nd time I have had an issue with this same couch. The set is less than 2yo and the metal frame is bent to where one side is on the ground. When I called him back about the damaged furniture he tried to blame a METAL COUCH FRAME AS DAMAGE CAUSED BY MY DOG. How is a 25lb dog going to bend a metal frame? When I asked him that he then says "the. Who did it?" They can come get their junk shit that's broke twice in less than two years. I will never be back to any of their stores.

This place is a joke say they work with u and it's fine if u pay at the end of the month by management and then lie and take everything from you and family who needs it and now has nothing because of their lies and I will call corporate and will not refer anyone after how long ive been with aarons

account manager here needs fired, he tried to use scare tactics on a 60 year old lady (my mom) ive already spoken with corporate and they already told me everything he was saying to her is wrong. terrible customer service. i made them switch stores so that way the terrible people who work here cant call to treat her like a criminal over a payment being only a week late. do better guys come on

I am very disappointed in this service. I ordered a bed on 2/12 and when I finally got delivery it was on 3/19 and to come home from a 11 hour shift to finally sleep in a bed (I have been sleeping on a couch and my husband in a reclining chair for 6 weeks) They told my husband that they didnt have the hardware to hook up my headboard and he would call the store. Now get this the store is about 12 minutes away from my house and instead of going to get it my husband was told I will be back tomorrow, so by the time I got home the store was closed so I called at 10 a.m. no answer and 10:30 a.m. no answer so I waited till 12:30 to call and speak to Miranda and was told she is not here today. This is so unacceptable so now I'm being told not until Thurs. The customer service is so horrible and I wish I would of went a different route. Customers beware.

Great experience with the people.. got exactly what we wanted. They are very nice and aim to please
