I’m very had great service from Marcus and Prince, paid off every piece of appliance and furniture I have bought, and been a customer for about 10 years. I will no longer purchase anymore furniture from them after yesterday and the horrible customer service from their employee Tonya! She is rude and does not listen or try to understand the situation she is dealing with when on the phone with customers. I called back to speak with Marcus or Prince to let them know what kinda employee they have talking to their customers she answered the phone told me neither one was in the store I told her I wanted one of them to call me back and I never got a phone call from either one of them. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has complained about her!

Excellent service. Went Above & Beyond to help me. I have been in the hospital a few times and got a little behind, I didn't show up when I said I would (couldn't be helped) and they worked with me since I never deferred any payments before and helped me to where I was caught up by paying just what I was able to pay. I know a deferral goes on at the end of the lease but they didn't have to help yet they did! Thanks!

Only giving 3 stars because when I called to return the couch me and my fiancé currently pay on, while my name is on the lease, I was pushed into keeping it and having a talk with my fiancé about keeping it, they offered to lower payment, but me and my fiancé had already spoken about getting rid of the couch as we prefer to purchase one rather than continue to pay $85 a week on it as it has become a huge financial burden. I had to have my fiancé call and make an arrangement for return. Other than that, friendly customer service and they are willing to work with customers who want to keep their furniture!

Just called to inquire about services not trying to buy! Spoke with Tonya who has zero interest in helping! Just assumed I would need to pay a deposit, never even inquired about what I needed! Said they have been burned by to many people in the past and that I shouldn't act surprised by thatas if it was my problem! I could get better customer service from a cactus?! Aaron's trains your employees better Tonya don't be so quick to judge people

The worst customer service. If you must rent to own your furniture, go elsewhere. This location may only have one person that truly knows what they are doing. I ask for a pick up date and they lied about picking up the furniture. The gentleman on the phone said he rescheduled another pick up date and time. The time has come and past. I called and was told I was never put on the schedule. You applied to a customer service position and act like it’s a burden to actually have customer service skills. Moving forward, I know if I’m ever in a situation where I need furniture, Aaron’s will not be a choice.
