Randall was great at communicating about my car, took longer than I had thought but he let me know why and every step. I know the bugged the crap out of him but he was always super professional and kept me informed! & Anna was also very nice on the phone as well.

I have used Caliber 3 times and I have always received great service and quality work. The staff are very friendly, patient and professional. The communication from staff about the process is great; and the work done on my vehicle is always great quality! I highly recommend their services!

I delivered my car on a Friday, they told me they were going to start working on it that same day, and that they needed three days to repair it. Upon arrival on Wednesday, 4 days later, I called them to ask and their response was that it was already painted ready to be assembled, that it would be ready on Friday at the latest. Now I called on Friday and they told me that it is not ready yet. The truth is I am incredibly upset because if they had been honest I would have rented a car from the beginning. Now I have had a very complicated week for transportation to work... next time do not lie to the client!
Two days after the repair I found out that they had changed the battery from the brand (Duralast) for one (Hyundai). I still had the warranty on my old battery since I had bought it in December of last year and it had a two-year warranty.

Did not have a good experience here. Would not recommend them!! Just poor quality of work. Had to take my car back twice after work was done and ended up using a different shop to eventually to get the work done right!!
