Employees are very attentive and helpful, quickly finding the right parts and the most affordable quality options without being pushy. They offer great assistance, even with installation, and provide awesome military discounts. Customers report it is the total opposite of other crowded, slow, and unpleasant auto stores, making it a pleasant place to shop. Many customers state they will definitely return and recommend others check them out.
This Woodman Advance Auto Parts location is my favorite auto parts store. I drive past a half-dozen closer ones to go here. They are appreciative and helpful to shade-tree mechanics.

I called about a battery and Ryan was very helpful. When I went to the store, Ryan sold me a battery, then he and a very knowledgeable young lady, Jay helped me install it ! Very satisfied, great staff all around.
