My dog receives excellent care at Alex Bell Veterinary. His ear infections and allergies have greatly improved since he became a patient there. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful ?

I've been going to this vet for years. They always try to up charge you for everything. I always try to give them the Benefit of the doubt... but I am done. I'll be looking for a new vet for my whole family now.

Called to bill me for a $30 shot they gave my dog without even asking me saying they forgot to bill me for it on my $400 invoice I had already payed them 20 minutes previous. The vet tech argued with me about it, so I just payed it. Will never be returning. They always do things without asking and bill you for it. Every visit there’s something.

Recently my husband and I were going on a trip and we had no choice but to board our dogs. Unfortunately our youngest dog, a puppy only 3 months, didn't have all of her puppy shots yet and Alex Bell was recommended to us because they would still accept her. Even though it is an hour away from us, we were thrilled we would be able to keep all of our dogs together (we have 3 total). Fast forward to us picking up our dogs. We quickly loaded them up into our car and headed home.

Terrible place. Been with them for a year and never going back. Way overcharged me for basically nothing and had no idea what was wrong with my dog. Made me pay for medications that didn't help with anything and also charged me to try to fix their mistakes. worse vet I've ever been to and never going back. DON't TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!

We always receive amazing care for our Danes! Dr.Diehl is always goes above and beyond, is informative, attentive and never fails to teach us something new! We fully approve of and recommend their services the staff is amazing as well!
